Well I like this better than what they did on the show. It was darker and more real and less complicated in the plot but more complicated in the character development and stuck with a more honest feel of how things should have gone. I would love to read a sequel about this, but I am also hooked on your other stories, so by all means sequel away! Great ride, glad I read it!

Well she finally got it out and thank God her heard her, they are both in this dark place and they just need to pull each other out of it. I think you have written her correctly and that was where they needed to be to come through it. Excellent.

oh man, I don't even know what to say. Instead of drowning in it, they both need to just talk to each other, but he is shut down, she is shut down, wow, you took this one into a dark place. It is glorious and wonderful, but the eternal optimist is hoping you can bring them around to some happy ending after some typical DE angst.

I loved the Damon POV, you nailed the snarky sarcastic, especially at his own circumstances Damon that I watch on the show and want to know what he is thinking. Wonderful.

I'm gonna be honest, I fully intended to skim through your story to see if there were any good love scenes, but I ended up reading the whole damn thing. :) Excellent story telling.

Damon totally won this one.
Elena had the right to both brothers if she wanted. She's just a girl in high school and the brothers are very, very appealing. Stefan has put no rings on her fingers nor extracted promises.
I normally go for Stelena if I'm reading TVD romance but the very intense Stefan could possibly go that way if his innocent girl turned out to want things for herself. He is very angry with Elena in season 4 for drinking Damon's blood in an emergency.
Damon IS after all the one who waited 145 years, moved heaven and earth to get into the tomb where Katherine was supposed to be and who would have forgiven her if she would have said she loved him even a little.
Season 3's 1912 ep showed him as having been faithful to Katherine for 48 years before Sage's seduction got him to start appeasing his sexual appetites as well as the blood ones.
