Zach could have been stabed with the knife but in the confusion and adrenilin rush he doesnt realise.
The circle could be back or he could have internal bleeding and he passes out at the wheel leavin cammie to deal with an unconshus zach and a trumatized cassie in the middle of knowere. If the internal bleeding? Isnt stoped zach could die and cassie could become pregnent because of jake? Just some ideas hope it helps you to update soon :)

this story has too many issues. First of all there are too many gaps. BIG GAPS. how did it go from zach finding his long lost sister to cammie being pregnant and miscarrying. Zach sounds like a wuss and cammie sounds too girlie. And the POV are hard to follow. completely OOC characters. I dont want to sound mean and forgive me if i do, but my advice, kill the story and try again (preferebly with one main storyline unless these are one shots) because personally i think you could be an excellent writer. forgive me and my boldness if i sound mean.
