For the final member of the elite four could have Sabrina be the final member. Also ate you going to have them go to the unlovable region to train. That would be a good way to introduce the unlovable region.

You say ground types take minimal damage or increase electrical power to damage ground types.
Wild charge was like volt tackle only less powerful and didn't cause harm to the user like volt tackle did. Both attacks struck and Gliscor did a slight wince
This thunderbolt did some real damage to Gliscor as Gliscor released a yell of pain
You should change this as any ground type or duel ground types takes no damage what so ever from any electrical attack
