I just started reading this, but felt it necessary to comment. You did an absolutely FANTASTIC job writing Sheogorath! You got his personality and insanity down PAT! Just wanted to let you know how awesome a job ya did.

Well. Finally finished with this one. Took me a bit though. First off a few things. One) I'm on a cellphone, please exclude my attempts at proper grammar, two) I am not a huge romance fan. I'm mostly read this to gauge how other popular TES writers are doing and see what readers like.
Those being said. Good fic. Obviously.
The beginning was choppy, mostly common errors, but just like anything it got better the further into the story you went. I did feel like Ulfric was strangely written at times, possibly OOC, but since he wasn't given much in the way of character depth in game... you can get away with it. I didn't see any lore issues that screamed foul.
Overall a well thought out story. Good job!

My advice, get a beta reader there were some sloppy verb tense mixups and some very cliched dialogue that dates your material. Keep writing you have potential, try to avoid phrases like get your butt down here and forget about it. We say these things Your Dovahkin would not. You are taking a lot of care to remain true to the dialogue and original story in the game I respect that.

Well..considering that Tides just lost the last part of his Empire...besides Cyrodil perhaps (Skyrim was the last part)...I think he had every right to be dejected and have a very defeated look on his face.
He would have tried/accepted nearly everything to keep Skyrim at that moment.
As for the Thalmor bi##%...well she knew she wasn't going to win with words no matter what...so I'm not really surprised that she would try to anger/badmouth anybody present. It was not like she was there to improve relationships with the Norden after all.
All in all I think both characters were very believable.
The emperor was a defeated and desperate shadow of his former self...while the b&$% was her usual defiant self...
All in all well done.
