I smiled all the while reading this story. To have both couples find each other is a real pleasure - beautifully written, with taste, fluff and sexytimes. Love it!

perfect finish! this is a relationship that will definitely last. i feel confident they can handle anything that comes. and regardless of the job situations, bobby and alex and mike and carolyn will be enjoying those double dates for decades. wonderful story!

awesome chapter! i really love how bobby played logan and timed his declaration so perfectly. and i love his description of the date with alex and how they enjoyed the conversation so much that they stayed longer than they expected. it's wonderful so see bobby so happy and optimistic about his life - and to see mike that way too.

Great first line! I spat coke over my laptop and I'm sending you the bill :) I love margarita time, too. I'm glad you had Alex and Carolyn meet up again.
The teasing of Mike Logan is an excellent ploy. I like that both Alex and Bobby are in on it. Glad to see Alex's sass in full flight in this chapter with the sore ass comment. It's a barometer of how she is feeling - sass v snarky - sass = happy Alex. There's a formula in there somewhere.
I like the Carolyn and Mike story in this one too and that Carolyn had the confidence to say it too and woohoo for the job! It's great that she can be a sounding board for Alex.
Loved the dinner synopsis and the conversation starters and the profiling. Things like Carolyn being able to sleep-sleep with Mike are what round out these characters and their relationships.
The visual of Alex locking lips in the bar with Bobby and taking the lead on it is great - can almost see Mike's reaction. And the double dating seems to work.
Oh, and the hot sex at the end was nice too :) And the 'I love you's. And especially the confidence that everything will work out.

Great chapter and story! The letter for Bobby and Alex was a matter that stung them both almost equally. It might have been worse for Alex. Her feelings are made stronger because she not only came to realize she was wrong, she realized she was in love with him. Anyway, I like the way it all evolves, the closeness between them, the friendships that develop and how they are able to maintain these relationships that become so important to them. They're all much happier and they've worked through some insecurities. I'm sure Carolyn and Mike will remain this close, regardless of what happens with this position. Looking forward to the next story!
