Truly heartbreaking end. Wonderful job in your take on the pilgrimage. I wish it was much longer, esp having a quick pace, expect towards the end, but it was still an enjoying ride, plus I believe you ended it rather nicely. Awesome job!

Wow! This chapter! What a twist! I did not see that coming. I will avoid writing spoilers in this review but my jaw dropped after the big reveal about Sin's "ally". Jecht is still so hilarious. You do great with Braska and Auron as well! I dont usually review every chapter but I had this for this one.

Haha, sorry I just had to do that. Anyway, I cannot wait to find out what happened, when all the strings are finally weaved together: Why Braska entered the trials that night and who is trying to kill the summoners.

You are right about the pace of the story being quick and all, haha. Still, its enjoyable to read. Jecht is just an hilarious piece of work. I really like the bit when Braska counted "three, two one.." and Auron sighed as Jecht went to young Wakka and Chappu.
One thing makes me wonder. Why didn't Braska look for Jecht and Auron in the desert? I'm sure as hell if I were him, I would look for my guardians, worried to death if they were dead or not. Same with Auron, esp hoe loyal he is, he would be looking for Braska even if the desert killed him.

I have a knack for reading Braska's pilgrimage fanfics. Got through the first chapter and so far so good! Its well written and entertaining. I cannot wait to get farther into the story.

The only way. Mmm, you've picked some champion titles for these chapters! Very dramatic.
Well all I can say is well done. Its tragic but brief, which I feel is probably the right way to do it. I love the characters growth and development. Last night I read the previous chapter and I thought there would be a few more chapters after Third Wheel, but apparently I'm mistaken!
It looks like Braska's about the finish his pilgrimage shortly... but now I think about it there are a few things I would like to see after the end of Braska's journey if possible.
1) Aurons promise to Braska being carried out (becasue in FFX thats only touched upon and I'd love to hear how you think it went!)
2) Jechts 'homecoming' afterwards (Because Auron talks to Jecht 'You are sure?' and I would like to see how Jecht interprets that event)
3) Maybe a little bit of what Auron has to do in order to get to Zanarkand - never explained in the game play, just said he 'hitched a ride'?
As usual the 'right thing to do' always makes me smirk!

Secondly, I loved this chapter! They're almost to the end. And nice Kimahri cameo by the way. Loved it! Can't wait for more. That lady Indira is crazy!

Ugh, more Al Bhed! I always laughed because when it seemed like Cid was going to say somehing heartful, it was just more Cid. I like how he narrarates just like Tidus. Pretty great.

Thank Christ I have the Al Bhed Translator app! I liked how you gave some back story on Braska and have them meeting up with Cid. But more importantly, I love the Wakka, Lulu, and Chappu cameo's! It's like the icing on the cake. But then, even the best cake has yucky fondant. While I do love the authenticity of the Al Bhed language, it was still tiring to translate. Maybe that's just the lazy side of me :P All in all, great chapter :]
