Hahaha, Harry you need to stop sticking your nose where it doesn't belong. Zero, you I do think you tool way too much blood, but I would've too. Just to spite that arrogant pureblood (insert naughty word here)

I have read both plump-york's story and yours (obviously) and may I say, I like yours better? Even though the idea is the same, there are less grammar mistakes and what seems to be a better plot. And that fact that you added Zero is a plus. :) although he isn't really in character, and honestly, you could've just used Yuuki instead of an OC, because they do practically the same thing. The OC is unnecessary. And you could've had Yuuki there as Zero's partner in keeping the vampires in line, to be honest.
Anyway, now that i'm done ranting about the poor decision to add an OC, the story is really fantastic. I like how Zero's bloodlust tends to interfere with things. During the detention I half expected him to jump at Harry or something. However, you need to show the other vampires, not just Zero, Kaname, Seiren, and the OC. The rest of the Night Class didn't vanish, you know.
Oh, and I would prefer no pairings, slash or not. You don't need pairings in a story like this, unless they're side pairings that practically exist already in the anime, like Shiki and Rima, or Kain and Ruka. Just saying. Having a main pairing would ruin this sort of story. Sorry, but it's the truth.
All in all, even though, it doesn't really sound like I said very many positive things (which I didn't ), this really is an amazing story. It just has a couple of things that I believe need fixing, like Zero's OOCness and the OC. Other than that, wonderful job. Please update soon. :)

Lovely! Absolutely lovely! Though it is a disappointment Yuuki won't make an appearance, still are you going to mention her as Kaname-sama's fiance somewhere in the story? It be amusing to see the reactions of the students to know that he has a fiance! I'm looking forward towards the other chapters!

Realy, it's quite impressive. You have captured characters from both stories quite well, and in fact, given me the desire to rewatch the VN series, which I actually intend to do. Chapter seven and eight were especially intriguing and I half wished that Zero would jump up, grab Harry's hand, and take a bite; just for a little bit of yaoi. But the way it is now, also shows Zero's strength. I also like the way you portray Kaname; very elegant and such. There are very little gramatical errors, which is a plus. The only thing I had a slight problem with, is the fact that Harry (especcialy when we are reading his thoughts) seems a bit 'little boyish' at times. Other than that, well done. I'm looking forward to your next chapter.
