Wow, you are 13 and discovered an anime like Ranma? Impressive. It's older and Rumiko's work isn't as well known as it used to be with the younger folk. It's nice to see people still take an interest in it. :) You should read the manga. It is very very good.

Well, there are some decent ideas here, but I think they could handled better. For one thing, Ranma's really not the kind of guy to just read someone's journal like that. Also, Ryoga wouldn't be cruel enough to let Scarlett adopt a cat without warning her of Ranma's phobia.
By the way, Ranma does not go into the Cat-Fist that easily from a single cat. It has to be physically hanging on him for several seconds before it would happen.

Well, it's a decent idea, except it doesn't make sense for Ranma to be familiar with a cousin raised by his parents, as he has no memories before going off on the training trip with Genma, and of course it never came up during Nodoka's visits once she tracked them down.

but can you make them feel for each other abit more?
about the falling into a spring, you could make ryoga push her into safety from falling and he ends up falling! Maybe into some mixed drowned spring like a man and a bird so he would look the same as he ussually is but with wings (he would loose the pig curse) but ofcourse this is ur fanfic and you should decide. :)
