Oh good lord, poor Neku he's just way to oblivious, I have a feeling I know what happened but I will not say it encase it's the truth of the matter.
Any way I didn't expect her to be Seishirou it was a nice turn and the reactions through out the chapter were interesting and still in character.

Seriously, I read the confession bit and I internally squealed like the hopeless romantic I pretend not to be (in person at least :P). Now, I knew something was gonna happen, but I didn't expect her to just not even notice him say it! I dunno, I think I was expecting some cheeky comment from Eri or... well, I'm not really sure, but I didn't expect her to fall asleep. Don't take this the wrong way though; I can see you're building up to something much more epic in terms of how it's gonna happen, and I'm eagerly anticipating the actual confession! As for the cliffhanger, well, I'm not sure if it left me hanging so much as I felt like 'Yeeeeaaaah, Neku, get some!' ;). Here's to another great chapter!

Ooh, cliffhanger! I'm glad it's not a more important character that was at the door; otherwise I may have had to strangle you for the next chapter! That being said, I'm still curious as to what the butler guy needs to tell Neku (not to mention how he knew where he lives...).
And yeeeeees, the NekuxEri relationship is getting so close! I feel like there might be some kind of twist that'll mess it up (either with the butler guy or just her not reciprocating his feelings or something to that effect), so hopefully it won't break me down if that does happen.

Whew, I spent the past few days reading this and I've gotta say it's one of my favourites! The way you've characterized everyone is excellent, and I especially like all the little non-TWEWY references ('excuuuuse me, princess' among others). I was having a difficult time actually getting into the TWEWY fandom before, but I think this is what I needed to find to start really enjoying it!
I feel really weird saying this, but I always kinda liked the idea of Neku being with Eri; or at least Shiki when she still had Eri's looks. Yeah, yeah, I'm superficial like that, but it's harder to imagine Neku being with actual Shiki than Eri-Shiki, or simply Eri. It's probably because he spent the whole game around Eri-Shiki, but I digress. You've done great work setting up a pairing that I am quite fond of and have no qualms regarding my superficiality, so kudos, sir (I assume you are male because your name contains 'man', but accept my apologies if you're not)
On another note, I don't know if it's intended, but it almost seems as though Neku's nosebleeds are meant to be a bit more... suggestive... Obviously you've made it clear that they're nosebleeds, but I feel like if I switched red with white and nose with, well, you get the idea and I don't wanna take this too far ;P. It also seems like the more situation-appropriate response, but, yeah I'm just gonna stop there...
Anyway, other than the rare missing or input word, I have yet to find anything that needs improving. My only concern is that I spend a good portion of time looking up the uncommon words you've used so that I can fully understand what they're saying. The context helps, but some of these words were extremely foreign to me (kowtow, for instance). Other than that, I'm thoroughly enjoying the story and can't wait for your update!

Uzuki: Okay, that isn't much a challenge. A few more points easily earned.
Kariya: I don't know phones is pretty depressing. Haven't you've already seen him in the reaper game with the bet between the boss and Kitanji.
Uziki: It'll be fine. How hard could it be to find that slacker a date?
Two weeks later
Uziki: Okay we're screwed!
WHAM! Uziki flips the table as Kariya still munch his sucker and crunches down.
Kariya: Yup. I expected this to happen. Listen Uziki just cut phones some slack he'll do what he has to.
Uziki: And if he doesn't get a girlfriend?
