Why did you not enjoy this? Or did you? Was that comment a joke or serious? I thought it was serious. The only reason why I didn't was because both characters were out of line. I can't even begin to imagne Harry french kissing Ginny. Harry, I think, was not that far romantically or sexually advanced, and Ginny would have respected that. Anyway...somebody who wants Harry to be more outgoing would like it more. I tend to stick with what the characters were originally like.
For future notice, if you actually don't like something, don't publish it. How you feel about your own work is important. If you feel happy with it and you publish it, you've just left a mark of yourself on that piece, and that's important. Some people write modest pieces because they themselves are modest, and therefore a part of them stays with the work.

It was fine, although I can tell if you just tried a little more with it, it would be far better. I do get what you mean by not liking the pairing, though. I used to hate canon, now its all I read! (Harry/ginny, hermione/ron, neville/hannah, etc, etc) keep up the good work and try harder!
