Well, this does sound familiar. Nice to see a more in-depth story on it, though!
I love how these two are best friends, even when they fight every day!
But, one question: Why did Perry come to Doof instead of going to Phineas and Ferb? I know, it's because it would mess up the story idea, but you might want to give Perry some reason for it. Perhaps, he was on a late night errand for Major Monogram, or something...
Anyway, I can't wait for more!
