Getting tonsils out when you're an adult is a real pain! It's bad enough when you're a kid, but it seems to be much more painful when the person is an adult. I think DEan just had 'sympathy pain' with Sam, so that Sam wouldn't get all of Angela's attention. lol He doesn't like her to focus solely on Sam. :P
