Ah, one of the best shows, truly, that I've ever seen... Code Geass. Although, not exactly the happiest of stories, its beauty was in the depth and how realistic the emotions were, as well as the characters. Because of that, I recommend not making it too happy, as that's unrealistic; nothing's perfect.
Now, regarding C.C. as a mother figure, I'm wondering if she'll train him and educate him about the real world, the world he probably never really experienced before leaving the palace. Anyways, I look forward to reading the next chapter!

Great job! This story was hilarious, especially when Lelouch "didn't" look at C.C.'s immodest attire, and when C.C. broke down sobbing at the Pizza Hut.
I would like to see how a Mao vs. Lelouch rivalry would work out, since they're both eleven.

As for actual ideas... Personally, I'd love to see how different Lelouch's relationships end up in such a universe, like his friendship/rivalry with Suzaku and his love/hate relations with Shirley and Kallen.
Also, a car-chase scene. It doesn't have to be right away, but nothing says "climax" in a story like C.C. yelling "FUCK THE POLICE!" while Lelouch hangs onto the seat for dear life, screaming in fear.
