I actually screamed 'HERMIONE NO' in front of my parents when she started dueling Bellatrix
I can't decide if I love this chapter or hate it. It's wonderful but I'm crying!

Are you trying to make me cry?! Lucy, that was adorable! Especially Harry's awkwardness :') am I right in thinking that that's the first time they say ''I love you'' to each other?
On a more serious note, it's sad to see just how many have been pained by the war, and I don't just mean the 52 on the list. Like Ginny said, there's an infinitesemal part of them all which has been robbed from them by the horrors of war. The glass shards were a great analogy.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you! for sticking with this story until the end, no matter how long it took and how frustrrated you got. It is most definitely worth it :D your writing is absolutely brilliiant, don't ever doubt it. -If- WHEN you become a writer, just let me know and I'll definitely buy your books - I promise you.
I suppose all I can say now is thank you, and good luck with life! Hope to see you in my inbox soon :) Best wishes, T xxx

Harry had won.
What a perfect ending! I loved Minnie's POV, as it showed how even one of the most informed people in the war had no idea about half the stuff that Harry knows - and Slughorn returning was a nice touch ;)
The Weasley family really had a tough battle, didn't they? Charlie's comment made me choke up - the poor guy, not knowing his younger brother is dead :( though Molly's POV was great, you really showed her mother hen characteristics.
I wish there was more of Ron/Hermione's POVs, but I'm just a sucker for them :P still, I loved seeing their reactions from other POVs, as it really rams home how little everyone knows.
I know I said I'd read this earlier, but I've been postponing it as I didn't want the story to end :( childish, but still - it's too good to lose. DEFINITELY one of my favourite ff's of all time :D I will read the epilogue too, at some point... Anyway, until then, thanks for writing and DFTBA :) xx

Once a week I would check my WIP list and it would be with much hope and little skip of joy whenever I opened this story and found it had been updated. This is pure quality, one of the best DH fics around, a joy and a emotional wringer to read. Best wishes for the future.

I really love this story. And had I found it while you were still posting I would review more than just this last chapter but I think I'm at a loss for words. It's just... everything and more of what I imagined happened at Hogwarts during DH. You've done such a truly fantastic job writing this, with the characters, the plot, the action, everything. You are truly, truly talented.
The only thing I would have liked to see, though it didn't necessarily fit in the story, is some sort of conversation between McGonagall and Harry at the end. You gave us those absolutely fabulous chapters from her point of view before the battle - probably the best McGonagall I've come across in fanfiction. And I'm such a sucker for Harry and McGonagall's relationship I would have loved to see more.
But really I can't heap enough praise onto the work you've done here. Congrats on finishing this and I hope very much to see more stories from you.

Hi. I've been reading since the beginning but have kind of sucked at this whole reviewing lark. So just wanted to say that this is a wonderful story and I've enjoyed it very much :)
As much as I enjoyed the earlier parts with Ginny and Minerva my favourite part of all was getting all the different POVs of the battle. You made everything weave together so well with each other and the actual story, and offered a brilliant insight into all the minor characters.

Awww...poor Snape! I like how you demonstrated his desire to protect the students through hiding Alicia, it shows the attention to detail that you have consistently displayed throughout this story. Excellent!
