I'm assuming that there will more story coming at some point, generally speaking though from an observational standpoint opening credits by themselves aren't much of a first chapter. It sounds like this will be an intersting story once it gets underway though, I look forward to reading it.

You're off to a pretty good start. You should try double-checking your grammar though, and be careful to keep the same tense. You skipped back and forth once or twice. I loved it all the same - keep going!

For what it's worth, I'm voting to have Skipper as Rafe and Kowalski as Danny. It just feels more fitting that way - and I have to say that I can't imagine Kowalski with dyslexia. (I'm not sure if you're keeping that part of the film, but all the same.)
