I absolutely love this, there's so little of this around. This is one of the few ones that portray Viserys this way instead of the grown up brutle Prince. I'd like to think this really happened before all that cruelty took over him :)

Very sexy. And interesting. This is a ficlet, a short piece that is exploratory, and I personally haven't seen too many of these. I do think that it takes a tragic time and place in these children's lives and uses it to serve a point. Could this have happened? Maybe. But I think that if that were the case, that there should be some... recompense for it. After all, we never forget the things we do for other people, even if they do, or they don't acknowledge it. It's always there. So. Even though this has the privilege of being a ficlet, if it did more, it could, actually, do more. Also, character development is so key! Whatever the direction is, make it good, believable, and decent. Whatever is in the character's heart should be on the page. Good writing, I liked it.
But... the dirty old man is a completely undesirable character and is overused in fiction in general, especially in dealing with predatory sexual matters, so it does come off a bit cliche.

Poor, poor Viserys... =/ One can only imagine the things he went through, to the point we see him in aGoT... This was strangely beautiful, if a bit disturbing. Kudos.
