If this is your first M*A*S*H fic, it sure doesn't show. You have their voices perfectly, their mannerisms, and you describe everything perfectly.
You also have the technical aspect of writing down pat. No typos that I saw, your paragraphs are good length, and it is a very professional piece of writing.
