You have to watch ep 4 because apparently something suppose to happen between the two. We all have to remember shes only 17 and she is going through that puppy love stage, we've all been there, but when you mature, get wiser you end up with your true love so Elena has to go through this because I think ultimately she will end up with Damon. I feel like I'm reading a fanfic, where she deny deny deny but finally she realizes its Damon. But awesome chapter. Also I heard her and Caroline might fall out a little bit because if her actions with Damon in ep 4.. She apparently will not be pleased with how Elena is acting..read a spoiler on e news.

You have a beautiful voice. Please continue with this story. I started it without paying attention to it not being complete, which I usually don't do. Give us our DE ending that those writers on the show are so hesitant to give. Make us happy! :-)

Damon on drugs makes me feel sad. It's his inside pain and all,isn't it?
This is a good fic. I really like your writing style,how you uses Elena's diary pages instead of Elena's pov.. it's different,a good one. You should continue this, I bet it would be a beautiful story...

As much as I like self-aware Elena her continued emotional manipulation of Damon is wrong and makes her character very unlikable. This belief that she needs to stay with Stefan no matter what is puzzling and makes her actions towards Damon troubling. I did really like her reaction to Meredith, it was very telling as is her continued reactions towards Damon's illness. Thanks for updating.
