Booth seems to be stuck on the fact that Sweets is 16 without taking into consideration all the real life experience that he collected when he was pretending to be 22. I think the two them need to have a long talk and reach a better understanding of just what that means for both of them. Like it or not Sweets does have college degrees and is still pretending to be 22. With that said, he should not have been spanked for what he did while undercover. Going undercover is a job for a 22 year old not a 16 year old. If Booth wants to take him undercover then he is going to have to treat him as a 22 year old and a FAKE son and not as a 16 year old or as his real son. Booth can not have it both ways when undercover.
