for The grand misadventures of Thomas Andrews3/11 c11 Meg
Oh My God! I loved this chapter! Especially the truth or dare. The dares are just Hilarious! I was laughing so hard! Thank you for posting this, it's a masterpiece Miss, truly. (I'd probably be like Gabby. Though I don't think I'd have the guts to kiss Thomas. That would be awkward. 0_o

This made laugh inside until the tears were rolling, it made me sad on Chapter 12 and on the verge of tears when she was reunited with the officers - specially Officer Lightoller.
My favourite part was when she chased Officer Lightoller and Officer Murdock all around the ship for an autograph. I understand where she's coming from. In the movie they're my favourite Officers too. Lightoller is good looking (at least I think he is).

Hah! I love your story. I want to marry your story, and make little Titanic fanfic babies with it.
Please, at least let Jack survive (even though he actually doesn't, but WHATEVER yo).
It's funny - id probably be behaving just like Gabby on Titanic too.

I love this story. I laughed up until it was sinking. Then I cried. Only the best of writing can make me cry. And yours did. Bravo, bravo.

I like Officer Lowe taking care of you the way he took care of Rose in a deleted scene from the movie. :-)
The mental image of Bride singing “Firework” while sending war telegrams: priceless!
It’s so fitting that you have these valued (and useful) possessions, one from each of the two men that meant the most to you on the ship- Thomas’s watch and Jack’s coat. *gets teary eyed*
Of course it’s the Olympic that takes you to the war, and the Britannic that you end up on once you’re injured. Wouldn’t want it any other way. I think of it as Tommie continuing to look out for you, in a way!
“It was the people on the ship that made it amazing.” Well said! I know I probably wouldn’t be as interested in Titanic if it weren’t for the human element we see in Cameron’s film (with fictional Jack and Rose being the LEAST of it, honestly.) Especially after the officers’ kindness when they parted ways with you in New York, I would have to agree that it was all about the people!
And I LOVE the ending. Sweet, with a bit of wry humor- perfect, coming from our dear Thomas! *happy tears*

“just like before”- good reminder that unlike the story’s other narrators, Thomas has already been through this whole thing. Poor dear, I can’t imagine having to go through that twice! At least his knowledge of the sinking from the first time around comes in handy.
NICE touch with the Strauses!
2:00 swimming lessons in the ballroom? That’s kinda… dark. :-/
Your final moments with Mr. Andrews were very sweet; his thoughts concerning you read very realistically. So does his resolve to stay with the ship. Honestly, I don’t know if there are any fics where the ship sinks and Andrews survives, but if there are, I’m not sure if I want to read them. The ship is too much a part of him, you know?
Even though Thomas always steals my heart, Jack’s fate is the part of this chapter that gets to me the most. Thomas’s perspective on it is very poignant, and the choice of song is perfect. Nice parallels with the movie when appropriate. I can tell that a lot of thought and care went into this chapter, especially the later parts. I LOVE the fact that the epilogue will be in Thomas’s POV too… it’s like he’s not really gone, you know? *sniff*

Lightoller’s a very nice choice of which officer has “trust issues.” Lowe is so cute and innocent- “Pick me!” in Truth or Dare- love it!
“Poor man” is right! The things that you put Mr. Andrews through for our amusement! :-D And right in the middle of one of his famous ship tours! While that dare made me grin and go “awww,” the one you deal out to Lightoller in revenge had me laughing out loud for 30 seconds, so, kudos on that! Always fun to make the stoic, no-funny-business captain wonder what the heck is going on…
I like how Lightoller dares you to go to the lookout that evening, putting you in place to actually see the iceberg collision. And I love Jack giving you his coat!

Maggie makes an appearance! YES! I knew who it was as soon as she said “sonny!” :-D Thank you so much for not just putting her in for comic relief, but showing her generosity and thoughtfulness!
Something called ‘Ebay.’ Ha!
I like Jack’s concern about the age gap, while admitting that in 1912 it’s fine. After all, let’s examine the evidence: Thomas and Helen Andrews, 8 years apart; Cal and Rose, 13 years apart; Margaret Brown and her husband J.J., 13 years apart… So, 9 years? Big deal!
And of course, “I Believe I Can Fly” on the bow, because why not? ;-) We’ve all thought about doing it…
"Don't tell Mr. Andrews, but this is my new favorite place on the ship." Gosh. It’s cute on so many levels- you and Jack, you and Mr. Andrews… And the mental image of Tommie walking you down the aisle when you marry Jack- d’aww, he really is like a father figure! :-)
VERY nice historical touch with the radio equipment going awry! And yes, the ending is kinda depressing, but hey, it’s Titanic fanfic. It’s inevitable. And you covered it very well, I think.

I LOVE how the Grand Staircase is Thomas’s favorite part of the ship!
“Please don’t make Ismay cry.” A little snarky humor there, Tommie? And then later, “I'm starting to feel as bad as she is, maybe it's rubbing off.” Yeah, he totally has a devious streak now because of you. Seeing if he can manipulate Ismay with food, too! XD (something tells me that might actually work, though!)
So cool how you shock them all by telling them your voice talents were cultivated at a public school! I really like how in this chapter, even as you’re ‘behaving,’ you’re still not quite what any of them expect!
So you saw Titanic start-to-finish for the first time at the 3D re-release? Cool. :-) I love people’s stories about when they got swept up in Titanic. My brother and I are from the “original 1997 theater release” generation, but barely, since I was 9 and he was 7. Right before Rose gets naked, Dad dragged us out of the theater with some lame excuse about needing more popcorn… XD
Just when Tommie started to find your company peaceful… You LICKED his hand? Okay, this is the second time your fic has reminded me of Lilo & Stitch! :-D :-D :-D
Those Titanic jokes were just... wow... awful. lol were you actually trying to make him mad there? XD
