Aww, I knew Tony was a smart cookie! I really like how he just did recognize Vi (and that he'd recuperated her crush from the very beginning, too). Awesome having dash and Violet team up to save Tony.

I've been scrounging around the Incredibles section for a story like this. I really liked how it was implied that Tony liked Violet from the start and how Dash and Violet instantly team up to save Tony without even having to talk about what they're going to do. I do think the story would have been better if the third-person-perspective was more limited, like from single characters point of view, but I'm still glad I read it.

Aw :) I like it! I did have an idea for a story, if you're still interested. A bit of a role reversal, but not entirely. What if Tony had to save Violet for a change? Maybe she couldn't change as Violet and Tony felt he needed to protect her from something. Another possibility would be if Vi saw Tony while she was Invisigirl and was distracted long enough to be knocked down/out in a fight with some low-threat (non-super) bad guys. Just an idea. And if the first, you can always have fun with it by throwing in extra characters, and maybe a cameo appearance of a lesser-known super. (Extra fun: bonus super recognizes Violet and adds some complications to things.)
I really liked your story - I hope to read more soon!
