Tobias bugging Gale was pretty amusing. I wondered if you were going to make Annie pregnant, that'll definitely make things interesting later on. I like the premise of this story because the two of them both deserve a happier ending than what they've gotten. Also, even though it's a strange pairing it has a lot of potential; I look forward to seeing how they start to love each other.

Amazing! The concept is great and really inventive! Love it! But where's the baby? Didn't Annie have Finnicks baby or am I just imagining things that I never actually read? Keep up the stupendous literature though! Can't wait for more chapters!

Random, but have you read Divergent by Veronica Roth? The main character's name is Tobias, in case you were wondering where that question came from. This Tobias is quite a pest. He seems kind of like a brother to Gale.
To me, it was obvious that Annie was having a flashback to when she was kidnapped by the Capitol when Katniss blew up the force field, or it could be right after she won her Games and they kept sticking her with needles to try to make her stop acting crazy. Her episodes kind of remind me of what Peeta goes through. But they both were tortured souls, so that makes sense.
Gale may love Katniss, but he is wrong - they are terrible for each other. It seems like all they do in Mockingjay is yell and argue. That doesn't make a good relationship.
He'll have a hard time letting Annie into his heart and vice versa but it will be so cute when it actually happens. I'm sure you'll take your sweet time with it though and have lots of build up.
I wasn't sure if you were going to have Annie be pregnant in this one. At least in your fic, she will end up having someone to help her take care of her baby. In the canon it felt like she was alone, which was so sad.
