I don't think Demo is terribly OOC here. He is shown to be very sane while sober in "Loose Canon". And you are doing a great job at writing the other character's so far.

Oh Gawd! When it comes to bathing leetle Scout, friendship goes out of the window;)
Best part-"My, my, I haf all zis papervork to do zis evening," Medic suddenly exclaimed. "Und Herr Heavy promised to help." Heavy shot Medic a look of thanks from across the table.
"I've got ta clean out the van," Sniper rubbed his cheek, eyes cast towards the ceiling.
"An' I said I'd help 'im with tha'." Demoman was quick to add.
Pyro made several exaggerated hand gestures between itself and Engineer. The Texan nodded. "Yeah, what Pyro said."

Aww man, I came here hoping for fluff and you gave me the feels. I was trying to escape the feels and they followed me anyway! But I guess I can't complain, that ending had enough sugar to sink a ship...SHOOT that was adorable xD
That part about Spy just about broke my heart, good lord, all of their little flashbacks did really. And if its all the same to you, I might be adopting that part about Spy's hands as my headcanon...among other things...
