Actually, it would be funny if the aphrodisiacs didn't affect them too since Harry might be immune to most 'potions' because of basilisk's poison and phoenix's tears in his blood, and Mycroft must know the way his prankish brother would act, given the opportunity))
At least, Potter can always apparate away:)

Guessing poor Sherlock has no idea about apparition, then... Locking Harry in does him no good! muahaha! lol... But yes, Mycroft shouldn't be forgiven too quickly... Harry already had self-esteem/confidence issues (thanks to growing up in a cupboard, and being called a freak, and reminded on an almost hourly basis by his family that he was unloved, not to mention the ever-changing opinions of the wizarding public), and I doubt being told by Mycroft that he was, once again, being tossed aside and was unloved by a person he thought had cared about him, would help with that any.
Not to mention, Harry has that habit of always ruining a person's plans. I can just imagine him leaving as the aphrodisiac kicks in, and Mycroft's left having to deal with the issues alone, reminded that if he hadn't screwed up and dumped Harry, then the little wizard would be there in his bed with him. Muahaha!

Well, he is missing the fact that technically Harry coukd just apparate out of the flat, AND there has been a bit of speculation about Harry being immune to chemical substances because of the basilisk venom and phoenix tears, but that one is fanon, not canon...
I wonder, Mycroft should also be able to leave if he truly wanted to, and would he really let himself be drugged?
