Kinda creepy I heard a story where someone found a huge barrel of liquor and when they finished drinking out of it they opened it and found a dead body. This reminds me of that story.

This was really good, and I was tense the whole time. I am thinking that this is an alternative event fic? I remember one of the books concerning this. It's funny how they beat so many enemies just to succumb to plague, but in real life it happens. Anyway, awesome fic an probably the best one I have read in a month or two. Keep up the work dude!

This was eerie! A really cool take on what might have happened without Thrugg and Dumble. I always did think of those two as some of Redwall's unsung saviors.
The writing was really well done. No errors as far as I could tell. The story as a whole reminder me of Edgar Allan Poe's style.
The only slight disappointment came in the abrupt ending. I'm not sure why, but it left me feeling a bit unfulfilled. That said, this was still a great one-shot story, and I've favorited it.

I like it! It's really well written and quite mysterious. Like how you kept the language and style of the original stories. Can't say I really like the way that the journal said that the Dryditch Fever took all of the Redwallers and that Drugg didn't succeed in getting the Icetor flowers... but it's still really well done, keep updating!

Wow, creepy. I found myself liking those two vermin. Even though they were out to plunder Redwall and all, they were still quite likeable.
