Hidden Memories-Chp.1: "Unknown Savior"

Link was walking through Faron Woods lost in his thoughts. It had been three years since he saved Hyrule and was dubbed the Hero of Twilight. He had recently learned of his past life; the Hero of Time. In that life he in the beginning had thought the Hero of Time was a Kokiri only to find out later he was a Hylian. As a child he collected three Spiritual Stones, then when Princess Zelda fled with her caretaker; Impa, she tossed him the Ocarina of Time. It was the final key to open the door to the Sacred Realm that the Triforce was located. He drew the Master Sword, but was judged too young to wield it and his spirit was sealed away for several years, in which Ganondorf seized the Triforce and took over Hyrule.

After seven years, he found himself in the Chamber of the Sages. An old sage named Rauru told him some of what had happened and that he needed to awaken the other five sages. When he left the Chamber of the Sages, the Hero of Time met Sheik; he told him about the rest of what was going on in Hyrule. The Hero of Time eventually found and awakened all the other sages. Saria, the Sage of Forest, Darunia, Sage of Fire, Ruto, Sage of Water, Nabooru, Sage of Spirit, and Impa, Sage of Shadow.

The Hero of Time met Sheik several times but the last time was when he revealed the he was actually Princess Zelda. Ganondorf then captured her after she revealed herself. With the help of the sages, the Hero of Time entered Ganondorf's Castle and made his way to the top where Ganondorf had Zelda captive. After a fierce battle, the Hero of Time defeated Ganondorf, but with his last breath Ganondorf tried to have his castle collapse on them. Luckily, the Hero of Time and Zelda escaped just before it collapsed. A loud noise came from the rubble and the Hero of Time went to check it out. He trapped in a large ring of fire and Ganondorf emerged from the rubble breathing heavily and the Triforce of Power glowing on the back on his right hand. He transformed into a large monster wielding two large Kaiser Blades and knocked the Master Sword from the Hero of Time's hands. He was forced to use his other weapons until the ring of fire weakened so he could retrieve the Master Sword. The Hero of Time soon delivered the final blow to the monster named Ganon, and the sages sealed him away. After the battle, Zelda sent the Hero of Time back to his original time to regain the time he had lost. That was the story of his past life, but Link couldn't remember any of it. Zelda had to tell him the entire story. He approached the calm spring known as Faron Spring.
He sat down at the shore of the spring. His ears pricked at a rustling noise. A small black cat with a long scar across its left eye came out of a bush.
"What happened to your face?" Link started walking towards it, but the instant he got near the cat it ran.
"Strange..."He sighed and sat down on the shore again. A few hours' later dark clouds started covering the sky.
"A storm?" Link asked himself and stood up as a bad feeling came over him, and walked away.
"WATCH OUT!" a yowl came from behind him.
"Wha-"Link gasped as spun around and was pinned down. A sharp blade sliced Link's arm. He finally was able to see his attacker, and froze in horror.
"Dark Link?" He choked. Dark Link held his blade to Link's neck.
"So long..."Dark Link snarled.
But before he could strike, he yelped and jumped to his feet and began hopping around yelping. Link tried to see what was attacking, but only got a glimpse of a small black blur and he blacked out.
A few hours later Link woke up and sat up.
"Huh?" Link moaned. He looked at the gash in his arm to find it was wrapped in cobwebs.
"Hello?" Link called out hoping that the person who had helped him would be nearby.

Nobody answered; Link stood up wearily and started to search for the person who saved him. Soon he came across a tuft of black hair caught on a bush.
'Who saved me?' Link thought.
