Soft Kisses and Sweet Nothings
Disclaimer: I don't own any part of The West Wing, the building or the show.
Warning: This poem describes romantic feelings and sexual situations shared between two men. Don't read if you don't like.
A/N: Here is my first poem for FF. I have Josh and Sam on my mind. This is written from both POVs. I hope their voices are distinguishable enough without me having to put one in italics and the other in bold. But if it's too confusing, please e-mail me and I'll help you out. This might make it into "The Journey to Love: Love and Politics" but I think it's better as a stand-alone. If you haven't read it, please do. It's the fourth story, third branch in the series. Reviews are wanted and welcomed. 8)
Soft Kisses and Sweet Nothings
As I lay here by his side
My emotions seem harder to hide.
I smile with pride
As his net of words is cast wide,
Leaving soft kisses and sweet nothings to abide.
His brown curly hair, is soft beneath my hands.
His breath, warm as it lands
On my neck warming the bands
Of my heart leaving soft kisses and sweet nothings like footprints in sand.
Like to linger
On his back like the vibrato of a singer,
Whose notes simply float on air.
Our skin is bare,
And as wet as his black hair.
Our soft kisses and sweet nothings at the moment, we are too breathless to share.
The hollow of my neck tingles beneath his lips
As he slowly,
Grinds his hips.
My jeans I unzip
And his hand and mouth dip
Inside them to sip
My essence. My heart flips
As the pleasurable soft kisses placed there prevent the sweet nothings from leaving my lips.
His eyes. I fell in love with his eyes.
They are electric blue when he says "hi",
Navy dark when he is sad and sighs,
Filled with tears when we have to say our goodbyes,
Lustfully clear as I make his nature rise.
Between soft kisses they hypnotize
And the sweet nothings keep us in tie.
I am his yen and he, my yang.
Sometimes our sentences hang
Because we finish the other's with a bang.
Withdrawal of his soft kisses makes my body pang
Without his sweet nothings, anything entering my ears just clangs.
His tongue is talented in words and deeds.
Tasting my pearly beads
To his need
My ears with tender expressions
Of his affections.
His hand takes care of my need
With soft kisses encouraging the speed
As the kneading,
Coupled with sweet nothings releases the seeding.
His heart. I fell in love with his heart.
Now that we are more than friends, from him I absolutely cannot part.
Sometimes he's all over the place, not always proper and prim,
But I know a future without him
Would be most grim;
My chances for happiness, slim.
Intelligent, compassionate, funny, practical is he,
Gentleman, respectful, loving towards me.
Soft kisses making me weak in the knees,
Sweet nothings flowing like the sea.
Soft kisses on bare skin
Make our heads spin.
Nips from our lips
Create a rise at our hips.
We can feel
That each of us is hard as steel.
Love's coursing through our veins from head to toe,
The most beautiful present, no need for paper or bow.
Sweet nothings float from ear to ear,
Holding each other dear
As the climax is near.
Only love can describe what we feel
As we reveal
Our hearts, bodies, and minds
As husband and husband.
Perfect gold bands
Adorn our hands.
Soft kisses make our witnesses aware of our tie,
As sweet nothings are whispered with our eyes.
