9So this is my first fanfic eva! It's a short chapter but i'll try and make the others better. Hope you enjoy! Rate and Comment please!
Chapter 1
Stormkit shook the moss from her claw and looked up. " Stormkit stay in the nursery. I have to go and help the clan. " Her mother Snowwhisker looked at her daughter with lots of love and warmth in them.
Stormkit tilted her head and let out a squeak when her den mate Tulipkit pounced on her. Snowwhisker shook her head and let out mrrow of laughter. Stormkit pushed Tulipkit off and looked at her mother and mewed, " I will. Don't worry." Snowwhisker smiled and whispered into Stormkit's ear, " If anything happens, remember that I will always love you and that you were destined for greatness. " Stormkit grinned at her mother as if she understood, but inside she was thinking what does she mean?
After the Battle
Stormkit rushed outside the nursery when she heard all the cats come back. She looked among all of them but couldn't find Snowwhiskers cream colored pelt. Though she couldn't find her mother, Stormkit could see her father's sleek grey pelt amongst all the bright and colorful pelts of her other clan mates. Stormkit rushed up to her father and asked, " Where's Snowwhisker? " Stonepelt , Stormkit's father, looked at her sadly before walking away.
Now Stormkit was really confused. She was about to ask her mom's littermate Honeyflower when the clan leader Ragestar called the clan to a meeting. " During the battle, a cat died. " Some cats that stayed back murmured about who they think it was. Tulipkit scampered over to Stormkit. " What'd I miss? " she panted. Stormkit shook her head. " Well our mothers never told us what the clan was doing so I thought they were all going out to go hunting and check the borders. But apparently Snowwhisker was going to a battle. " She looked around before saying, " I can't find Snowwhisker and apparently a cat died. " Tulipkit was older than Stormkit so I guess you could say she's smarter. Tulipkit started to look like Stormkit's father. She was about to ask Tulipkit what was wrong when Ragestar announced, " Snowwhisker is dead. " From that moment Stormkit's life, she has never been the same. "
? Hmmmm I wonder what will happen next. Only I know! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! - coughs - Anyways I'm working on chapter 2 right now so ya. Who agrees that Tulipkit is kinda random? I'll try to make her less. ;) Chapter 2 will be longer!
