His Lily-Flower

The fire opal moon casted shadows on the pearlified marble headstone at the south of the mannor. The wind howled through the drooping willow's branches like a pack of violent, scarred wolves causing the closed velvet drapes at the open balcony doors to billow into the master bedroom. Inside the room a shadowed figure of a man stood next to the bed, silently watching as the young woman slept, her flamed hair spread out around her head like a halo of flames. Severus knew that he could never get her to be his Lily-Flower.
