3I really wanted to wright this story and now here it is!

It was a quiet night at Duel Academy and the gang was at the red dorm, specifically they were in Chazz's room. They were all talking about duel monsters.
Suddenly Winged Kuriboh came to Jaden. "Hey what's wrong buddy?" Kuriboh flied around. 'kuri kuri' Jaden's eyes went wide. The others noticed this.
"Hey, what's wrong serge?" Hassleberry asked.
"Yea Jaden, you look like you seen a ghost." Alexis joked. Jaden looked at her. "Kuriboh says there's something strange in the forest."
Chazz was surprised. "The Ojamas said the same thing." 'See boss, Kuriboh saw it too.' The yellow Ojama said. Chazz just smacked him away.
"Should we check it out?" Bastion asked.
"Well, it would be interesting to see what it is." Atticus explained.
"I'm not sure we should go." Syrus said scared. "Come on private, it'll be fun." Jaden nodded. He jumped up. "Then let's go!"
The gang went into the forest and saw something glow red. Syrus got scared and hid behind Hassleberry. Jaden went to the bushes were the glow came from and grabbed a strange red piece.
"What is this?"
"May I see it Jaden?" Bastion asked. Jaden nodded and gave the strange piece to him. Bastion examined it. "I've never seen anything like this before." They were all shocked. Bastion knew everything. It was really really rare that he didn't know something.
"So what are we going to do with it?" Alexis asked. Bastion gave Atticus the shard because he wanted to see it. As Atticus was looking at it, it started to glow a bright red.
"What's going on? Atticus what did you do?" Atticus let the shard fall to the ground. "I didn't do anything!"
The light grew brighter and brighter, blinding everybody.
"Ugh… my head." Jaden woke up to find himself in a forest but a different one. Next to him was Alexis still unconscious. Jaden got up and sighed. "Great, where are we now?"
Alexis started to wake up. She saw Jaden and that they were in a different forest. "Jaden, where are we?"
Jaden turned around and helped her up. "Truthfully, I have no idea Lex." They looked around. "Maybe we should go look for the others." Jaden nodded and they headed off.
Chazz woke up feeling something heavy on his back. He noticed Atticus was on his back. "Atticus, get off me!" He threw him off and stood up.
"Where do you think we are, Chazz?" Atticus asked while getting up.
"A city, you stupid." Chazz snorted. Atticus shook his head. "I already figured that out."
Chazz walked to a shop but was knocked to the ground. "Hey, watch… uh." Chazz's world stopped as he saw a young lady with blond hair and emerald green eyes.
She got up. "I'm so sorry, I have to go." She then ran away. Atticus walked to Chazz who was on the ground drewling.
"Um Chazz, you might want to stop drewling."
"Oh come on! You think she's cute too!" Atticus blushed. "Um… well. Ok, I think we should go find the others." Chazz nodded as he got up and they started to look around.
Bastion, Syrus and Hassleberry woke up in the same city Chazz and Atticus woke up but in a different part.
"Does anybody know where we are?" Syrus asked.
They were now at the docks and Bastion asked a man where they were. He started to laugh. "Oh boy, you crack me up. This is Athens. You're in the Ottoman Empire."
"Thank you sir." Bastion then walked to the other two.
"So private, did you find out anything?" Bastion nodded. "The man sais we're in the Ottoman Empire, Athens. This confuses me, since there is no Ottoman Empire in the present day."
Syrus hid behind Hassleberry. "What scares me is that these people have swords."
Bastion sighed. "Maybe we should start looking for the others." The two nodded and headed back into the city.
Jaden and Alexis got to a city. "Wow this place is… um what's the word?" Jaden tried to describe the city but Alexis just shook her head.
"Jaden, let's just find the others." He nodded and they started to ask some people. But nobody had seen them.
They were heading down a street. "Great, so what are we…" before he could finish he crashed into someone else.
"Man, this is just not my day."
"You're telling me." Jaden said while rubbing his head. He looked to see who he crashed into and saw a young lady, maybe by the age of 21 with blond hair and emerald green eyes.
Jaden got up and held his hand to help her up. She took it and smiled. "I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention." Jaden smiled. "It's no problem."
"Well you're nicer then that other guy I ran into. I'm sorry but I have to go." Jaden nodded and she ran up the street.
Alexis walked to Jaden. "You alright Jay?"
"Yea, I'm fine." Jaden said.
Then out of nowhere somebody tackled Alexis. "Hey get off… Atticus?" her brother was over her smiling.
"Hey sis." Alexis steamed. "Get off me Atticus!" Atticus did as she said and Chazz came to them.
"Finally we found you guys. We were looking everywhere." Jaden smiled. "Sorry Chazz I didn't know you missed me that much."
Chazz wanted to say something but was cut off by yelling. "Jaaaay!" Jaden turned around and was almost hugged to death by Syrus.
"Sy, what's going on?" Syrus started to cry. "I hate this place! There are people with swords!"
Jaden was confused. He looked at Bastion who came with Hassleberry for an explanation. "It looks like we have some explaining to do. Maybe we should go to an inn or something."
Chazz shook his head. "Na, it's useless. They have different money here." Everybody sighed.
"Ok, then let's go to the docks, there was hardly anybody there." They all nodded and headed to the docks. Bastion was right, there was hardly anybody there.
Jaden turned to Bastion. "Ok what's going on here?"
Bastion sighed. "Well, supposedly were in the Ottoman Empire, Athens." Bastion became confused looks. "Um Bastion, Athens is in Greece and what is the Ottoman Empire?" Atticus asked.
Alexis walked to a bulletin board where some paper was hanging. She gasped. "Um guys, I don't think were in our timeline anymore."
Jaden went to her. "What do you mean Lex?" She pointed to a paper. "It's not 2011 its 1591." Everybody's eyes went wide.
"WHAT!" Bastion put a finger on his chin. "That explains the empire thing."
"Yea, but how did we get here?" Chazz asked.
"The shard!" Atticus yelled but he got shocked looks from the few towns' people that were at the docks. One man stepped forward.
"The last shard was found four years ago. Since then no one has ever found a shard. And you say you have found one?"
Atticus stood there and didn't know what to say. Alexis walked up. "Oh we are really sorry sir. We didn't mean to offend…" The man interrupted her. "It's not about offending. It's about the protection of the people in the world."
The others stood there. Jaden walked up. "Um excuse me sir, but do you know where we can stay overnight? We have no money to spend."
He smiled. "No, but I can pay for one night." Alexis smiled. "Thank you sir." He nodded and motioned them to follow him to an inn.
When they arrived the man payed for three rooms, Chazz, Jaden and Atticus stayed in one room and Bastion had a room with Syrus and Hassleberry. Alexis got her own room. They thanked him again and went to their rooms.
The next morning they met downstairs of the inn.
"So what are we going to do today?" Atticus asked. Jaden shoved his shoulders. "I have no idea, maybe find some money, because that nice man payed for the last night."
Chazz sighed. "How are we going to get money?" Atticus thought for a moment. "Jobs." They looked at him.
"Jobs?" he nodded. "Yea, we need to get jobs or do errands. That's the only way we get money legally."
Everyone sighed. "Well lets go and get some money, but I think Bastion should figure out how we get back home." Chazz suggested.
Everyone nodded and went out to find a job. Chazz was doing errands for people to chop some wood and Atticus did the same. Alexis found a job in a bakery and somehow Syrus and Hassleberry disappeared. They thought they traveled back home somehow. Jaden was on his way to a blacksmith.
'Guess this is it.' He knocked on the door and the blacksmith opened the door. Jaden couldn't believe what he saw. "You're the nice man who payed us a night at the inn." The man smiled.
"Yep, so you want to work here?" Jaden nodded. "We're trying to get some money until we find a way back home."
The man nodded. "Come in. By the way I'm Rothion." Jaden smiled. "I'm Jaden."
Rothion smiled. "You can start by putting the weapons that are done in the room where all others are." Jaden nodded and done so.
He worked all day and got a good pay at the end. When he was finished he went back to the inn. Chazz and Atticus didn't get much and Alexis got an ok pay but they could afford two rooms for the night and have a little for themselves. They asked Bastion if he figured something out but he just shook his head.
"I have no idea how we could've got here or how we go home." Bastion explained. They sighed. "Great, but can you explain why Syrus and Hassleberry got home?" Chazz asked but Bastion shook his head.
"So what now?" Atticus asked. Jaden sighed. "I guess we have to do this for a couple of days. We can't do anything; we have to wait till Bastion figures something out."
"And I don't know how long that will take." Bastion said.
They sighed again. "Ok so we'll do this for a couple more days or weeks." Alexis said. They all nodded and went upstairs to sleep.
