Renee was never one for extra work. Hell, she hated a too busy store. Period. But when all of a sudden she has to be Jade's assistant? To the second busiest boutique in New York? Crazy, for a lazy shopaholic like her! At least, she got paid and had some new Alvarado and AZUSA clothes to boot. Renee knew she'd get used to never-ending chatter of anorexic customers and the visits of Dominic, which were always for Jade, with her blue doe eyes.

And for the first time now, tapping her Fiery Red polished nails on the counter, Renee was bored. Really bored, for start. Jade's Beautiful World was silent. And it was never silent. Renee saw skinny and obese girls skipping along in their Marc Jacobs and DC's. It was like the store was invisible. Sitting up on her purple chair that looked sort of like a throne, and surveyed her [Jade's] land.

It was so silent, her fingernail-tapping sounded like drums. Renee let out a loud groan, and stopped her drumming to rub her aching temples. The silence was growing on her like fungi.

Suddenly, a slamming of a toilet woke her from the misery. A door slammed too. Renee was on her heels in a second. "What the—"She shrieked, legs shaking from the thundering sound slightly. What was that? Pacing around the wide store, Renee bit her nails. A light went on in the small bathroom Jade had just finished painting blue. A light shuffling occurred later. Renee crept towards the bathroom. "Jade? What's up?" She said, eyes narrowing.

Walking towards the bathroom, as quickly as possible, Renee neared the room with quick haste, not wanting to see Jade in a bad state. To scold her. To make her feel second in command. Her heels tapping the ground, the sounds in the bathroom hastened, weird groaning and "BLEHS!" Becoming more frequent.

Turning the door knob, Renee braced herself for the smell of either blood or sex. Looking in, Renee did a double take.

"What the fuck?"

Jade, in all of her respect and glory, was hunched over the toilet hole with two fingers jabbed in her lipsticked-mouth. Globs of pink and gray vomit dropped out of her mouth with the slight rocking of her head. Groaning also.

Renee grabbed the doorframe as the retched smell hit her hard as a brick wall. "Jade?" She whimpered, slamming a hand against her nose and mouth. Jade looked up lazily; her mouth drooped in surprise.

"Ren...Renee?" Jade gasped, quickly using a piece of toilet paper to wipe off the shit that was dripping from her pale chin. "What are you doing here!" Jade yelped, standing to her full height, which was a inch taller then Renee. Renee locked eyes with Jade. "What where you doing?" Hissed Renee icily, gripping the doorframe.

It seemed apperent that both of the girls were nervous, and angry too.

Jade looked scared. "Nothing you should worry about!" Her words were like venom. Renee narrowed her eyes. Two could play at this game. "Well i'm not vomiting into a fuckin' toilet! I thought you were better then this!" Renee yelled, throwing her manicured hands in the air. Jade winced, and droppe her venomous gaze.

"Im scared, okay! All the others are so skinny!" Jade whimpered, looking twelve, not twenty-four. Renee sighed. "You are not fat, your super skinny, by the way. Stop treating yourself like this." Renee stared at Jade, tilting her head in confusion.

Jade looked away. "You got to get treatment for this shit, or whatever," Renee said lazily, lifting up a hand. Jade looked hestiant. "I'll try,"

Renee smiled slighty. "Good. Im going back to counter, okay?" She started walking away. Jade nodded. "Sure, Renee. I'm going to clean up this mess, then go in the back and fold some Alvarado pieces." Renee smiled. "Good!"

Renee turned slowly, different emotions crossing her face quickly. "What the fuck, Jade?" She muttered. Renee was smart. She knew Jade was lying. She would never stop vomiting. Jade was always lying.

She knew Jade offered herself to the Big Bad Wolf and didn't scream when he took the first bite.
