7 Chapter 1: A Letter To The ReaderMust read

Me: So, welcome to my rewrite of this fanfiction adventure-thingy! I realized that I had no plot originally (well, I had a plot-like thing, but I really didn't like how it was going, so I decided to redo it), and this is the result!

Spock: Laveycee owns nothing.

Dear Person-Who-Is-Reading-This,

In your hands-or computer-you hold what REALLY happened when I was on my mission in December 2011, regardless of what the Council of Writers-also referred to as The Powers That Be-says. They don't want to admit what happened, because it was both terrible and wonderful. My mission messed up a lot of canon... actually, you can blame it for why several things took a lot longer to be produced. Sorry. But it's not entirely anyone's fault. It's Sparkly Princess' fault, yes; but it is also my fault, The Powers That Be's fault, and the prison's fault.

Because, of course, at heart I will always be a writer, no matter what the Powers That Be claim, I will put this into a story. Go ahead; think that this is fiction. Other writers will know the truth, because " you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free." (1) And that is why I'm writing this, and Council, I'm talking to you. Yes, I was taken in by you. In theory, your idea of imprisoning the Mary Sues and not allowing them to write anymore was a good idea. But you messed up somewhere. Yes, Council, you messed up. You messed up by allowing a "reformed" Mary Sue out, and by allowing her to write and escape into a canon world.

A bit of history: the last time a supposedly reformed Mary Sue started writing again was…well, it started World War II. Mary Sues are dangerous, and The Powers That Be don't get that. They'd prefer to think that everything is fine and dandy, and then when something happens, it 's "OH MY GOD! YOU, GO FIX THIS-NOW!" Then us Authors rush out and hunt down the Mary Sue and help get the canon characters in their proper worlds. Then comes the really hard part; fixing their minds up. There's a lot of trauma there, and sadly they're messed up for a while. This would be why it usually takes a while for authors and other people to get shows/books out.

So, on with my story…

Me: So, first chapter really didn't need a lot of revising, which was kinda nice. I'm gonna go catch up on fanfictions now... See ya!
