through her tongue. she
takes vodka shots and candy
drops from strange men with
flash cars and she's pretending
to be happy but deep down,
she isn't. she's full of skin deep
scars and purple bruises and
lies of "i'm okay" and she never
is. she gets drunk, takes too
many drugs, sleeps with
various men but when she's
questioned, she answers;
"you only live once." but it's
another lie. for sylvie knows
no different other than
to abuse her body and
her poisonous, dirty mind.
