8/14/2012 #5 ReportA question, if I may: what were The Courier's actions, or inaction, in areas outside of the Mojave? Y'know, the Big Empty, Sierra Madre, Zion Canyon, The Divide? Because I kind of have a soft-spot for all of those areas, thought the dlc was incredible for this game, and have a curiosity streak a mile wide. Depending on how things went down, there could be repercussions throughout the wasteland. Or if you have plans for any of those places in the future, rolelay wise, ignore said question. I do like a surprise.
8/14/2012 #6 ReportI'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with the DLC's, mainly because I sadly have yet to play them. I can be a bit slow about things...... but anyway, if you'd like to include something happening one way or another that'd be cool. I could probably work it in, I have an idea of where I want the RP to go and some things I want to happen along the way but it's pretty flexible.
8/14/2012 #7 ReportI asked mainly because the places are a haven for scenerios, but I don't wish to ruin your experience before you play them. I'd say Lonesome Road and Old World Blues deserve an unknowing mind going into them, even though Honest Hearts and Dead Money are both grand in their own way. With the way the world is currently shaped, however, I'd have to say one of the endings for LR would be better as canon than the others for reasons I won't say, unless you ask. That, and my character has visited one of the areas. Nothing that would change how things play out, long before the Courier could have went there.

And well, if you say so: at the end of Lonesome Road you have a choice, decimate either NCR or Legion territory, both, or neither. The way I see it, judging by your Courier's actions, I'd say that neither would be the most logical choice. But that's just my two cents.

8/15/2012 #18 ReportYeah, that's about it. They're attacking the front gate, though the Boomers have started raining artillery shells on the area to weed out some snipers and send everyone else packing while the Solar Arrays, or that general area, were also attacked.

The main idea is that during the battle of Hoover Dam, when the Strip was in a brief state of chaos, a group of robbers briefly and quickly robbed the three casinos for, to the casinos, would be a medium sum. The character would be the only survivor from that group.
8/15/2012 #20 ReportSure, I'm sure you can work something out that's believable, though I'm not sure all three casinos would be good, unless it was on more than one occasion? I'd imagine there'd still be a bit of security left even during the battle, so just running around in total chaos wouldn't be possible XD
8/15/2012 #21 ReportI'm talking about guys with gunner runners grade equipment. As long as the securitrons weren't upgraded to Mark 2, they could be easily destroyed with a hunting shotgun. And casino security wouldn't be that much trouble. It would be some highly planned heist, a few would die, a few would be hunted down, and only one poor bastard would be left.

8/19/2012 #23 ReportWell to be honest, you could punch a Securitron to death (er, scrap). But that is also with Courier-esque Godhood you acquire in the game. Also, because I know this helped me while writing my own Fallout story, and helped me find stuff in game, I'm posting the link to the Fallout wiki. Good for lore, general info and what not.

8/22/2012 #24 ReportThis is true. I try to take a semi-realistic approach a lot of the time. You can kill them, but on the other hand they're armored, somewhat well armed robots even without being upgraded. And there are several of them, but yes the wiki is awesome for all sorts of things :D
