This is a pretty strange pairing, even where games are conerned, and at first it was too weird for me, but I've come to love it in a way, and it's the only in-party pairing that could be viewed as canon that I love ^^

How does everyone else feel about it? I always thought it was a rather thorny relationship, not just because of the love/hate thing they have, but because of Lymle's... underdeveloped-ness. I mean, for all intents and purposes, she's still a child, no matter what her age is. Physically she's about six, and psychologically too, though she does have the life experiences of someone of her true age. Sometimes you get a hint of a matureness in her, and then other times she's obviously like a kid.

So, for me, any true romantic relationship between them has to start after she's matured a little. Physically and mentally. Before that, for me it's just a growing bond of unidentifiable love. Anyone got any thoughts on Faize x Lymle??

Ooooh I do. I love this pairing. Not only does is it more interesting than Edge x Reimi, but the development in their relationship shows potential for something great in the future. Also, I would replay the entire game just to watch Faize's ending again and again on large screen lol.
