This board's idea was actually taken from a few video game board ideas.

This board is a safe haven for people who like multiple pairings and don't feel like they belong at one of the single pairing boards. The goal of this board is to have discussion about certain pairings in the Star Ocean games and to state why or why not it works and ways to work around restrictions in canon.

The goal of this board is for people to improve their arguements and walk away with sides of stories that they never considered before.

I put this board on another account because I'm going to be moderating very closely and I can't do so on my normal account. I may be adding another mod later on to help if this board gets a lot of activity.

There are some rules to follow:

1. Acceptable debates - Everything you see here is purely opinion. Most people back up their opinion through the game/manga/anime. But it's still their opinion.

What is not acceptable is stating your opinion is fact or presenting your arguement like it is fact. That won't be tolerated.

Also, don't force your opinion down other people's throats. You're not going to convince everyone that your opinion should be the 'right' one sometimes, no matter how strong your arguement is. Learn to agree to disagree at a certain point.

Name calling and direct pairing bashing is also not allowed. Stating why you don't like a pairing IS allowed, however.

2. Posting a new topic - If you are posting about a specific pairing, please label the subject line, 'character a x character b'. And debate away from there!

3. Acceptable behavior - I'd like you to think with this in mind. If you were presenting your arguement to a class, would you get in trouble?

Please try to avoid cursing and sarcasm. People may get the wrong idea and you could come off as offending instead of persuading.

I'll probably add to this in time. If you have a problem with someone, just message me and tell me so.

This is exactly what we needed. Of course I have nothing to start off with but I'd defintly will jump in to debates.
