"Kaio ken!" Instantly he was surrounded in a crimson like aura. He flew behind Shadow and punched him forward, faster then usual. He flew towards him.
Shadow was knocked back. He quickly steadied himself and barely blocked a flurry of blows from Goku. Everyone could tell Goku had gotten faster and stronger.
(Black Star's ego would be permanently bruised if he saw these two XD)

Shadow charged at Goku and both left blurrs.

(Just imagine it's a typical DBZ fight cause I'm not good at describing those XD)

After this carried on for a few more minutes both combatants jumped back.
Goku's Kaio-Ken faded."Whew, that was a good work out." He looked at Soul and Maka."Did you say you wanted training?"

Sonic kicked Yggdrasill's hand away from his fist and then headbutted Yggdrasill. Yggdrasill was pushed back, who immediately counterattacked with a powerful blast.
