Personality: Jacob is a defensive and firm individual. Jacob also believes that going in guns blazing is the way to go, and will act before he thinks. Jacob takes control of situations and is very strict, having no sympathy for anyone, no matter how bad their lives are. Jacob is a heavy smoker.

Weapons: The Stunstick, the SMG and the 9mm Pistol.

Bio: Born into a surprisingly wealthy family, Jacob Parker had it all. Due to his parents being afraid to discipline him, Jacob was what other parents referred to him as 'a little **'. At the age of 17, Jacob was relocated to City 14 due to his behavior. Constantly in battles with other citizens, Civil Protection contacted the higher authorities and requested another relocation to City 16. At 19, Jacob had improved due to the 'ways' of City 16. He had become more controlled, not just with himself, but with those around him. When Jacob reached 24, life became more harsh for the citizens, which everyone thought was impossible. Rations were cut, curfew was raised by a couple of hours and arrests were seen everywhere. After failing to campaign against the regime, Jacob was scheduled for execution. But, still retaining his parents wealth, he paid the right people and escaped the punishment. At 26, Jacob regretfully enlisted into the Civil Protection unit stationed in City 16.
