Appearance: 6'0, 180 pounds. Golden blonde hair and a fedora decorate his head. A white dress shirt and a black vest a don his chest. He wears black slacks and steel toed boots. He is a little over weight, on account of having a lot of food. In the wastes, he usually wears cloth on his face.

Backstory: A born Omerta, dirty business was learned at an early age. Soon as he could walk, he learned how to shoots and load guns. Murder was common. His mother died when giving birth, so some of the prostitutes schooled him with courtesy and ways to treat a woman. Years passed, and he has no problem gunning down a fool across the wasteland for caps. What he usually does is smuggle travelers into New Vegas, as long as they spend their time in Gommorah.

Appearence: 6"2', muscular build. Has Waster style hair with a beatnick goatee. Big, blue eyes and a dirty face. Has blood stained on his teeth and under his finger nails. Wears combat boots, a pair of heavily patched up jeans, and a riot vest with a red sweater underneath and a duster over the top. Has a leather pads on his shoulders, wrists and shins.

Backstory: Was born in Texas, but his parents left to Salt Lake City afterwards. His parents were killed along the way by the starting out White Legs, and for a few years he was made to fight animals for them; in other words, bait for hunting. When he was sixteen, they made him an honourary White Leg, and named Blood-On-Teeth after how he was forced to eat the corpses of those he was forced to kill. However, he had become bitter after all those years and killed a few of them before running away, stealing a few guns in the process. The canabalism stuck with him, and he eventually became one of the most ruthless bounty hunters and assassins in america. Along the roads he walked he had met both Ulysses and Joshua Graham.

Physical Characteristics: Ulthreenians are noticeably taller and stronger than humans on average. They need 7.5 sleep hours in a 34 hour period, and need consume about twice protein and nutrients of a Human for reference. Hyderm himself is 7'2, weighs 300 pounds, and is about 2.5 times as strong to a human. Along with the size and strength difference Hyderm's eyes also are reflective similar to a cats, henna in iris color; while his ears also extent past the back of his head staying close to his head and ending with a soft point.

Job: Expeditionary Archeologist; responsible for the mapping out of new stellar bodies and worlds for potential colonization or documentation of its native life and possible integration into the H.o.B.S (Hyderm holds the top rank of this position, and as such does not choose to be accompanied by a expeditionary fleet and goes alone instead)

Non-Suit Equipment: carries a subspace folded book bag containing the following items; stasis field projector for securing non-biological specimens for transport back for study, comprehensive archeological equipment for analyzing and uncovering objects of historical importance, data storage for recorded data on planetary conditions and Hyderm's own notes on whatever he deems worthy of archiving.

Augmented Reality Field: Surrounding his body at all times, it provides Hyderm with sensory data he cannot gather through normal means, it also houses his armor when not being used and phases it in through the subspace folded storage in his book bag. The field offers no protection from physical contact but does have light shielding to heat due to the material its comprised of. Automated phasing in of armor pieces by the field starts when it detects aggression by surrounding objects with high energy readings or exposure to radiation or heat is detected. Complete phasing in of armor pieces takes approximately 3 minutes (about the time it takes for him to run out of air if hes suffocating). Voluntary activation of armor phasing can be triggered at any time, and takes the same amount of time to complete.

Suit-Based Equipment: non weapons; mining laser mounted in left hand for analyzing mineral content of planets, magnetic/gravity boots for walking in zero-G, light thrusters on back of legs and back for maneuvering in zero-G and for short burst propulsion in normal gravity situations, full-spectrum vision enhancement for seeing in low light environments, a grappling hook mounted in right forearm for vertical ascension/descension. Weaponry his suit contains; 1 flamethrower mounted on his lower left arm for biological decontamination, 1 micro missile pod mounted on right shoulder with nano ammunition fabrication for clearing of obstructive debris (10 missiles in pod, and 5 minutes to make another set), 1 net launcher mounted in his right hand for apprehending special biological specimens for analysis, 2 shield repulsions on each forearm for deflecting of dangerous debris or weapons fire (cover a small portion of his body from attack in the direction its pointed in, can take very limited combat abuse before collapsing, meant for short duration heavy use or long duration soft use), and 2 medium plasma cannons (1 mounted on each arm) for combat use specifically can fire once every second in burst fire mode (overheats quickly takes a minute to cool down) or once every 5 seconds in standard sub-auto mode (keeps from overheating for much longer, still can over heat if used to much in a short time: 5 minutes prolonged use of sub-auto mode to over heat, takes the same time to cool down)

Background: Hyderm was recruited from the Ulthreenian Race when he was 12 and trained in nearly every academic field to the highest degree before continuing on, military training in between classes was mandatory and by the age of 40 he was classified fit for duty as in an expeditionary fleet. He climbed the ranks to the position he has today in 50 years and now posses the military sway and academic respect of every member race in the H.o.B.S. and is responsible for the expeditionary fleets in their exploration of the known universe as the Executive Senior Expeditionary Archeologist. Having a desk job, however, doesn't suit him well so he spends most of his time going on expeditions alone.

Training: Along with his extensive education. Hyderm has undergone professional military training in self preservation close quarters combat. The style is more towards defensive "deflect and counter attack" style martial arts, similar to Southern Mantis-Style martial arts, but since he is an alien (different biology) and where he grew up is different some of the movements are strange and positions are off to make better use of his physiological difference to humans, which is small but an important thing to consider. This in conjunction with his physical stature and strength make him very difficult to fight against without a clear advantage. (His reflexes are the same as a humans, but with his training consider his reflexes on pair with martial arts experts.)
