I like Naruto and Sasuke and their special bond of friendship, but...I don't like writing about them being in a male x male relationship. So...Naruto will become Naruko or remain as himself in my stories when it involves romantic love with Sasuke. Sasuke will become Sasuki the female role or remain himself depending on the story line.
