TFP Ratchet activates the groundbridge at the same time TFP Megatron does, creating a disruption in both of them that sends TFP Megatron and TFP 'bots elsewhere. Miles has a nervous laugh, meaning he laughs whenever he's extremely nervous/and or scared. Of course this would be when a Decepticon is attacking.
