I, Animeloveramy, do solemnly swear to review every story I read, both enjoyable and atrocious. FAVORITE FANFICTION STORY QUOTES:
"Shit," Bakura muttered, kneeling down next to his unconscious cousin. He gently shook him by the shoulders. "Bakura calling Malik. We're in the middle of a battle here." The blond remained unconscious. Bakura sighed agitatedly. He dropped Malik to the ground. "Meanwhile, Careen is standing on a street corner back on Bakura, bartering off her body for a pint of beer."
Malik shot up into a sitting position then. "I'll kill 'em!" he shouted to no one in particular. Bakura rolled his eyes.
"And nothing says 'I love you' like reducing yourself to a smoldering pile of ashes," he snapped irritably. He flung his hand in the direction of the barrier. "That's electricity, dumbass! Don't ever think about walking through it again!" Target: Destiny (strawberries)
He absently brushed the dirt from his hand, happily noting that he had avoided accumulating any of it beneath his claws. "Shall we go?" he asked, looking up.
She was holding out a hairbrush to him.
Sesshoumaru looked at it blankly.
He watched as a small smirk bloomed on her face. "You have flower petals in your hair," she informed him. "Though if you want to leave them in, that's fine by me. They look rather fetching." Tales From the House of the Moon (Resmiranda)
“Captain are you sure that you should have just left them there like that?” One of the men asked Toushiro.
Hinata frowned. “Left who where?” She asked in confusion.
Toushiro smiled evilly. “You really want to know?” Hitsugaya told her exactly what he did. He had it plotted for awhile actually.
A group of merchants walked along the little road to the next village. They laughed and entertained each other on the way. An older man stopped and the rest stopped with him to gawk at them.
Along the trees were soaking wet men in full clothing tied to the trees, hair and clothes covered in ice. A small sign was stuck in the ground saying ‘do not assist until thawed’!
“P-p-p-please u-u-untie us.” One man stuttered.
The baffled group of merchants hurried on, leaving the frozen group there to wait for the next person to come down the road. Crossed Paths (spoiledpuppy)
The meeting had lasted a fair amount of time and by the end of it there were 3 broken chairs that had seemingly been flung from the room and a malfunctioning hell butterfly that had proceeded to fly in circles around the Seritey screaming 'cookie's for reviewers!' to everyone it saw in a very high pitched voice that sounded suspiciously like the head captain on helium. The outcome, however, had been Ichigo's entry into the captain's exam and he himself was still oblivious as to how it had happened. The Wandering Path Through Deep Red Snow (me)
Drew stood by the S.S. Anne's deck, surveying the other trainers while eating a large bowl of fruit sherbet. Suddenly and without warning, he sneezed explosively, splattering an unfortunate Roselia with sticky syrup.
"Rose, roselia!" the Pokémon squeaked indignantly. The green-haired boy grinned apologetically.
"Sorry 'bout that, Roselia," he smiled. Then, his expression became much more serious. "Either someone's talking about me… or I just inexplicably became allergic to pineapple." Rivalry Cruise (Cookiekitten)
'Don't worry Dai-kun, we'll take this one step at a time. Step one: say sixty-seven,'
'Wha-?' Daisuke looked up and finally noticed the giggles of his classmates.
"Niwa-kun, do you know the answer or not?" his teacher asked crossly.
"Sixty-seven?" he stuttered, sinking into his chair. The teacher nodded sharply and moved to pick on another student.
'What would you do without me?' Dark asked, feeling no little bit smug.
'Live a normal life, for one,' Daisuke retorted without heat. Under your nose (sessha-chan)
"Enough! You shall all die here and now!" Orochimaru declared. The giant snake shot forward, its head reared back dangerously. It actually was allowed to get within twenty feet of the toushin and jinchuuriki before it was turned into flaming snake bits by an innocent looking Hiei. Hiei sheathed his sword and wandered back to stand next to Kurama again.
"I got twenty," Kurama said.
"Thirty-three," Yuusuke tossed in.
Hiei smirked, "Thirty nine," he corrected them. They both cursed.
"Well," Yuusuke shrugged it off, "At least my eyes are getting quicker," Blood and Circumstance (sessha-chan)
Come on Sasuke-kun! We're going to make these kids late for class!" he laughed, tugging on Sasuke's sleeve.
"What do you care?" Sasuke asked, somewhat curious despite himself.
Naruto made a face no one could see but it carried nicely though into his voice, "Like I want these kids to turn into Kakashi-sensei?"
"Point made. GET TO CLASS!" Sasuke roared. The students scattered.
Sasuke and Naruto grinned. They loved this. The Game of Go (sessha-chan)
The Fullmetal Alchemist stalked forward, blade-arm out, hands at the ready. Exerting all the control he possessed he set the robes of the closest Death Eater on fire. Tried. He ended up roasting the man. Spontaneous Combustion, that was the only explanation, he would later insist. Very rare, you know, at it was a privilege to witness it, of course. Alchimie (sessha-chan)
"I got here as soon as Captain Hitsugaya let me out. Are you okay...or am I interrupting something?" She raised her eyebrow at their proximity.
Shunsui got up and put a smile on his face. "Of course not, Rangiku! You're welcome here anytime, you know that." Looking back at Nanao, he saw her give an appreciative nod.
"So, little Shiro had you working your tail off, did he?"
She made a disgusted sound. "Yes, I told him that your best friends are more important than paperwork, but he didn't agree with me. Then, when I tried to escape, he frosted the door shut! Can you believe it?" The Three Hardest Phrases (WinterVines)
She paused a moment before the door, feeling a familiar warm reiatsu. Puzzled, she thought for a moment that it might just be her pounding head playing tricks on her. When she slid open the door she was met with a straw hat-wearing captain actually...working.
I don't believe what my own eyes are seeing. Is this some sake induced hallucination?
Hearing the door slide, he looked up, smiling when he saw her. "Nanao-chan! How wonderful you are to grace me with your presence! Are you feeling better?" In her opinion, he actually looked a little surprised to see her.
"My head is still pounding but other than that...wait, that's not the point. What are you doing?"
"Why, Nanao-chan, I thought that you of all people would recognize paperwork being done."The Three Hardest Phrases (WinterVines)
"Taicho, I have a feeling that you're going to love this present!" Matsumoto tapped the side of her nose to indicate just how she knew that and Hitsugaya had to refrain from rolling his eyes while accepting her present wrapped in... pink wrapping paper?
Just from that he could tell he wouldn't like it. Reluctantly he opened it and immediately the vein in his forehead started to twitch as he closed his eyes in an attempt to calm himself. Matsumoto smiled sheepishly at him and Hinamori looked on with worried eyes, wondering just what it was the lieutenant had given her friend.
"Well Taicho, me and Momo-chan need to get something to eat, so you can tell me about my great present later. Gotta go!" Practically dragging the smaller female along behind her, Matsumoto ran out of the office as her captain once more looked at the present. It was a stack of unfinished paperwork – her unfinished paperwork – with a small note on top that read 'It's just what you've always wanted, ne, Taicho?" Just rereading the note he knew he couldn't keep it in, no matter how much he tried.
"MATSUMOTO!" If his division hadn't been awake before then they definitely were now. The Last One (jazflower)
becasue the whole oneshot is just genuis - a Merlin story by the way
"Merlin," said Arthur, "Why is there snow coming out of the cupboard?"
"I got bored, last time," answered Merlin, "So I made world and named it Narnia."
"Look, you don't have to be so surprised, I did tell you that I have magic. Several times. You just didn't believe me."
"Er. Are you going to have me executed?"
"I've broken your brain again, haven't I? I'll put Narnia in the wardrobe, if you'd like. Then you can lock me in the cupboard again. That usually cheers you up. How about that?"
Arthur nodded. One Hundred (Ultra-Geek)
"We left on a hunt. An ordinary hunt. Camelot is not at war. We are not under attack. There have been no reports of dangerous magical creatures running around. There have been no sightings of dangerous magical people running around. Are all these true statements?"
"Er. Yes, they are."
"So how is it that we're now being held captive in a dungeon at least three kingdoms away from Camelot?"
"I blame the three D's, personally."
"The three D's. Dragons, destiny, or simply being dumb. Take your pick, they cover all the bases."
"Shut up."One Hundred (Ultra-Geek)
