Even if she had been though, I could easily argue that Jarod was at least two or three years older and as you know, age of puberty varies with boys (a twelve year old has fathered a child!!!OO). Even if Jarod had been her age, no, he could NOT impregnate her (unless he'd gone through really early puberty) BUT he could rape her with his penis if he had an erection and even pre-pubescent (9, 10 years old) boys (even little babies) get erections.Kids that age usually wouldn't (or shouldn't) have the knowledge of biology but Jarod IS a genius and has studied human sexuality and showed a curiosity so he would know how. Since no one knows Parker's age, it's easy to play with the ages. MTW is really much older than AP in RL tho. Also, a person can rape with their hands and fingers and objects and AS the fic indicated, there was no penetration with a penis which means yes, at ten, or nine or even younger, Jarod very well could have raped with fingers, and the like and done everything outlined in the story. Thank you for the feedback NYT and everyone else. Okay, so anyone else watching The Mentalist? I totally believed that Red John was going to turn out to be Michael T Weiss. I guess not now. It's kind of disappointing. I've seen lots of scary movies and lots of crime shows, and no other bad guy is, or ever has been, as convincing as Michael T. Weiss. I am currently working on existing stories, ER (1 luby,1 carby, 1 carrie/sandy [candy]), Mentalist X-OVER Pretender, Mentalist, Twilight, Vampire Diaries, The Gates and True Blood stories. Also, I'm planning some Jarod from The Pretender/ vampire show of some type X-OVER because everyone likes Jarod bad, including Jarod and Jarod's player. (You're very welcome, MTW *kisses*!!)
