I love Harry Potter. Twilight, NCIS,Angel,Criminal Minds and many other stories. My favorites are reading the book stories for Harry Potter. Harry Potter and Sirius Black are my favorite characters and Harry with Sirius being Paternal to Harry are the best. I read all kinds of stories. My very favorite stories are Under a Watchful Eye and a Harry Potter Yu-Gi-Oh crossover series starting with Reading for Life. The other one of my favorites has not been posted at all yet as the author wants to finish the story first but I will say when it is posted it will be great and I will let you know when that happens on here. There are others that I love and you can find them in my favorites. Making The Truth Known

I apologize that I haven't put up a new chapter yet. I promise to get working seriously on it. I have been working too much on the other four stories and I apologize. I am not abandoning any of my stories. I just go with the ones that the words pop in my head to first. I'm honored that so many people like my story, any of my stories. Here is a picture that Demonic Hope made for me of what I see Sirius, Harry, Draco and Regulus looking like in my story. The boys look closer to 15 than 13 but otherwise it is spot on people oh except for the grey eyes. She did a fantastic job for me, and it will give you something to imagine when you read my story. Taking our Lives Back

This story does have some chapters ahead as I'm working on chapter 15 right now. MySecretThoughts is co-authoring this story with me. We thank you for the positive response to it. I will be putting another bonus chapter up on Sunday the 19th and then the regular update on Wednesday. The updates are scheduled for Wednesdays after this. If we can get on a roll we may throw a bonus chapter in every once in a while but we want to try to stay ahead so you can have regular updates on this story. We are working on a page that will show you what we see are characters looking like. That page link will be posted here the day after chapter nine is posted.

Making a New Friend I am also working on a Drarry story because Demonic Hope is wanting me to write one. And the other Harry Potter stories I'm writing will by no means be one. I have been working on chapter two of this story. Thank you for the interest in it.

The God Family I am also working on a Percy Jackson story. It will be before the books so don't count on the things in the book being in it. Poseidon will be making major changes in the world of the Gods when Apollo spouts out a new prophecy and the other Gods turn against him for it. This will be two major Gods making a family Poseidon/Hades with two Gods de-aged Triton and Apollo and three demigods made Gods Bianca, Percy and Nico. The five kids will be 15, 14, 12, 11 and 10 and they will only be able to age up after a century. 1 year for 1 century. It will be a family story and there will be spankings. The first chapter has been written but it is about the prophecy and the changes that start there. The second chapter will be about Apollo and Triton being de-aged. Yes they are Gods and can change their appearances but only younger. Poseidon will be the only one to be able to make them older. Demonic Hope has helped me find pics of the main seven people in this story and made one of the family for me. There will be links for you to check out with this story so you can see exactly what my people look like. I will post the first chapter of this story when I finish the second chapter. End of my new updated business 5/17/13

Now that I have said that I want to make anouncements here to the reviewers who go out of their way to hurt me. I meant what I said about not taking offense to bad reviews unless they said something bad about my Daddy. I had at least three people do that. I even deleted a couple of the reviews before I realized that these people can only feel good about themselves by cutting others down.

I mean I gave fair warnings that spankings were involved but these people who are saying I was abused and am an abuser still read my story despite the warnings. I was told I had a spanking fetish. That could be! I read different kinds of stories and yes my stories have spankings in them. They also have gay couples. Does that mean I'm gay? Well my ex-husband and the other three guys I was engaged to at one time or another might want to believe that was why we didn't work out. I don't know. But I have never had a gay relationship. I read stories about westerns where people ride horses, but I'm afraid of heights and haven't been on a horse since i was six. "I like Sci-fi but Merlin knows you won't catch me in outerspace. It's too high people.

Just a fair warning about my stories. Yes Spankings are involved, gay couples, talk od Male pregnancy, cursing and bashing. If these things offend you please don't read them. It will definitely upset you and the rude comments when that happens are not appreciated at all.

I would suggest anyone writing on this site block a user named Bonus Kun evidently that author thinks only they are allowed to write about characters from other people's stories. This author literally called another author a a review whore for writing a reading the book story. Even though the author put in a disclaimer and is only honoring the original author.

For all those who keep trying to get other author's stories removed from this site this is for you! You know who you are!

I am a big fan of fanfic and I want to know why you are trying to ruin things for us at fanfic. If you don't like a story don't read it. That is obvious. everything on fanfic is about somebody else's work. Your stories included. If people like you keep trying to cause trouble soon there won't be any fanfic for any of us to read. I spend my disabled time reading on fanfic because I live on a fixed income and can't afford to buy books. I am housebound and can't leave my house. I haven't watched tv in two years. This is my one vice. I love stories, especially the ones of the books I have read over and over. I bought every Harry Potter book and every Twilight book. Heck I read Deathly Hallows 37 times before I ever found fanfic, so if I want to read CR stories why should you try to ruin it for me. I read those stories because I like to see the people I fell in love with through JKR's work have a better life then she gave them. I like to see those that she tried to make good guys who I find mean, despicable, manipulative or just plain evil get their just deserts. I like to see a better future for people like Harry and Sirius who were given the most horrific lives get to actually have a life. I think showing that somebody like Dumbledore who thought it was okay to kidnap a child from his rightful guardian and abandon on the doorstep of people he knew would abuse him, is not the great man JKR tries to make him out to be. That Snape who caused the death of the Potters and the Longbottoms being driven insane should not have been forgiven so easily and let teach in a school to abuse and bully students as if he was a great hero. or Molly Weasley was not the great mother she was portrayed to be. she cared nothing for her three youngest sons, she couldn't even figure out colors they hate or food they disliked. when her children tell her a child she thinks is too thin is being starved she ignores it like it's no big deal. I read CR stories so the characters can see these things for themselves and hopefully make things better. I love JKR"s made up world but I want it to be better for those that deserved better and worse for those that don't. Please stop trying to ruin fanfic for us. When some people comment that they have had 2000 people add there stories to a story alert I know I'm not the only one that thinks this way. Please write your stories and read the ones you like and leave the others alone for the ones that like them. Is that really to much to ask? The only person that should be complaining about these kind of stories is JKR or the authors of the other ones. And I really doubt that you are JKR.

2.Harry sees Sirius as his father and even calls him Dad.*

3.Sirius is actually Harry's father whether by blood adoption or his actual birth father.* That can be with Lily or James as the other parent, but if it is James let James actually have been the one pregnant. Or Harry can have someway been stolen from Sirius and given to the Potters, most likely by Dumbledore who is a bad guy either way.

4. Dumbledore is bad and knew that Sirius was innocent and made sure he was imprisoned so he could gain control of Harry.*

5.No Ginny love interest!!!*

6.Molly, Ron, Ginny & Percy are all bad.* They want Harry's money and are willng to use love potions to get it. Possible love potion use on Arthur. The four above are Dumbledore's secret weapons.

7.Hermione can either be a future love interest if the story is long enough or also used as a weapon against Harry.

8.Sirius becomes a Professor, because he doesn't trust Harry under Dumbledore's thumb.*

9.Can be a reading the book fic.

10.Spanking story is welcome as long as it is done with love.

11.Slash is not a problem, especially if James is brought back somehow and is Sirius's submissive husband and Harry's other parent. If it is Harry slash than the story needs to be long enough for Harry to grow up with Sirius as a child for awhile. Also don't mind Sirius/Remus couple.

12.Snape is a bad guy. The Marauders were justified in their actions against him. Snape is actually playing both ends against the middle as he wants to come out smelling like a rose no matter who wins.*

13.Can have Harry from the future time travel to change the past. May even have him de-aged to become a twin to his younger self.

14. Possible blocks on magic by Dumbledore.

15. Horcrux can be removed without killing Harry or no horcrux in Harry at all.*

16.Harry can be the heir to one or up to all four founders. But Slytherin by conquest three times which is why it takes place after 2nd year at least.

17.Regulus can be alive and hidden in disguise as a Hogwarts Professor.

18.If Sirius is Harry's birth father Dumbledore confunded people like Remus to not remember this.If reading the book story Sirius would have also been confunded in the books.

19.Prophecy could actually have been different than what Dumbledore said.

20.Voldemort,Lucius, Bellatrix, Crabbe & Goyle are all bad, no exceptions.* Draco and Narcissa can be good if you want.

21.Dobby can become their elf and a future Kreacher if you want can come back to be their elf.

22. Goblins can help them and be there friends.

23.Harry can actually become more childlike having a father finally.

24. Dursleys could have actually abused Harry not just implied as in the books. Please if possible no sexual abuse though.

25.Wormtail must be a bad guy and caught.*

26.Does not have to follow canon timeline.

27.These people cannot die Harry, Sirius or Remus.*

I know there are stories out there that cover some of these points and I read all I can find, but I want to read more of these and the more of my suggestions used the better. Please write this story for me. I would really appreciate it.

Also there is another story I would like to read PadyandMoony wrote a story called called "The Name is Potter Black" it has a one-shot Prequel called "First Day of Classes" and a sequel called "Life Goes On" Now two authors have started a reading the books of these but both have stopped writing them. I have been in contact with PadyandMoony and she is okay with somebody doing this as long as they PM and ask her permission and let her have the links so she can read them.

Please somebody write this as it is a great story and different than JKR's story. If so let them go to the past but when Harry is about 17 or18 and make sure Sirius, Remus and Snape are there from the future. The ones from the past have to include James, Lily, Sirius, Remus, Snape, & Regulus at least and it has to be set after Lily and James are a couple.

I would just like to point out that CRs are a combination of things as a whole. Some are parodies, some criticize aspects of the story, and others really do illustrate or comment. CR writers point out things in the books, and the really brilliant ones leave us thinking. Harry Potter is the series I'm most familiar with, but there are CRs for Twilight, Hunger Games, ect. Since I am most familiar with the Harry Potter series, though, I shall give commonplace examples of it.

Often times, people who do "Characters Read" for Harry Potter do have the chance to explore the characters on a deeper level. The best authors are able to get in to the mind of the characters and make us see something new. Others twist and distort characters in order to show us their dark side. Then there are bashers, who just hate on a character. Let's take Dumbledore, for inThere are two common sides to him:

1) A lovable, intelligent and slightly eccentric old wizard with only the best intentions

2) A manipulative old wizard who uses Harry for his own means.

There are variations to this in spades. Some show Dumbledore as manipulative but good, while others show him truly evil or simply ignorant of his actions. Sometimes, pure cannon is followed, which is also fine. Because that is how Dumbledore is intended to be. Either way, the person is expressing their view of the characters and the events that take place. Similar things are done for Voldemort, Harry, Snape and other Death Eaters most commonly as well. It is through HP Characters Read stories that we have a chance to see the brilliance of their views in an artistic form.

And many CRs don't even use the stories word for word. Often times it is changed around to show an alternate road that can be taken. They alter the original book (within creative license granted by this site), and we're suddenly getting an Alternate Universe story within the CR! Again, another chance to look within the mind of someone else and their artistic view on things within the story.

If my stories get deleted because of this, so be it. I'll find somewhere else to post and leave information on my profile. But my point is this:

Spread this far and wide, let everyone you possibly can understand the difference between fair use and copyright. It's a slippery slope. Today it's our CRs, tomorrow, stories that follow cannon. And before we know it, fanfiction will no longer exist as we know it.
