An Explanation:

I feel like I seriously owe my readers an explanation as to why I haven't updated in nearly two years. I haven't stopped, I haven't vanished, I've just had a pretty tough time these last few years.

A couple of years ago I had to start seeing a doctor and a therapist because I had anorexia. Not extreme, not to the point where I was close to death, but bad enough. I've been trying my best over the last couple of years to improve my health and start eating again, but it has been a long, hard journey.

I lost a lot of weight without realising and still felt fat compared to the popular barbie dolls at school. I didn't care what they thought, but food just, well, I hated the thought of it. I never wanted to eat. I'd give my lunch to my friends, not eating any of it. I'd avoid meals whenever I could, and never wanted to eat anything. And it was like, with every bit of weight I lost, I lost some of my passion for writing too.

And that was what broke my heart the most about this. I knew something would go, something would fall, I just never ever expected it to be my love for writing.

But that was two years ago, and I've been working hard ever since to get myself back on track, and I'm pleased to say I've finally done it. I eat properly now, food doesn't repulse me the way it used to and I'm healthy again.

That's why I want to try with a fresh start, pick up my writing again and become a new, more evolved writer.

So please, if any of you dear readers are still interested in me, I'd be extremely grateful if you could continue to display the support you showed me all those years ago. I may begin to post some more mature works, because I've matured, but I promise that I will try my upmost to not let you guys down again. It's still hard at times, but I'm prepared to try.

Me as a Writer

If you want/or care about my writing style and inspirations, this is the space I'll talk about it. Skip if you don't really care.

Genre: My best genres are romance and angst. I tend to write fics about unrequited love. Perfect-straight-away-and-all-through-the-story love bores me. It rarely happens in reality, and to be honest, twists make the story more interesting. Well, they do to me.

Style: My style of writing? Hmm...hopefully it's unique, but I do get ideas from books/fics I read. You know, for a specific phrase or something.

P.O.V's: I do enjoy writing P.O.V chapters or sections because if I want a specific character's emotion to come across it's so much easier to write P.O.V chapters.

Reviews: Please review my stories! I know loads of people are silent readers who just add the story to their alerts but don't review. Please, if you feel I messed up or wanted to give me praise, review! If you want to say something to me that you don't want everyone else to see, send me a message. I love to hear from my readers! I also enjoy reviewing stories, but mostly I send the author a message. Especially if the story is gripping and hasn't been completed or updated in a while. If that's the case, I send em a message begging them to update!

Things that inspire my writing: Other fanfiction writers! Some of you guys are so damn amazing you make me cry, I wish I was as good as you!!! The stories grip me and make me want to write, and sometimes they form an idea in my head that I spend daydreaming/dreaming about until they beg to be written. Since joining I've started to get a lot of ideas, and some time in the future I plan on posting them! So, thank you, fellow fanfiction authors, you guys inspire me so much. I love you!

Requests: If, for some reason, you like my writing and want me to write a story based on a specific pair (I'll have to know them well, so stick with Pokemon Special, the Pokemon anime or Sonic X), then feel free to message me and I'll see what I can do for you! Just don't ask me to do one of the pairs I hate/dislike. Stick with the ones I do like, you'll be more likely to get a story out of it.

I Don't Need A Knight In Shining Armour

When Blue is packed off to stay with her Great-Aunt, the Queen of Chika, she finds herself a princess in an unfamiliar castle with unfamiliar cousins, who help her learn about her new life. Blue is positive that she will never fit in and live up to her role as a princess, but some new arrivals to the castle staff have the potential to change all of that. Ships are OldRival, Special, Frantic and MangaQuest, at request some Commoner later, possible Chosen and Viridian, I haven't decided yet.
