I came late to the party on both the Twilight series and fanfiction, but I'm here! I've been a reader and reviewer for a long time, but decided to try my hand at the writing end of things...

I was shocked and amazed to have my first little fiction story win First Place with the Judges and "Best Overall" in the "LikeTotally80s" contest. There were some amazing entries, and I'm so glad I stepped out on a limb and gave this a shot! Special thanks to Project Team Beta for cleaning up my mess on "Everything!"

I stretched my legs and entered the May "Drabble War" to force myself to get another story going. It'll be complete...soon. Ish.

I further pushed myself to enter the "Taste of the Forbidden" contest, and was grateful to have a judge choose mine as her favorite. So, for those who wanted to know, "Battle" will be continued, though it won't be a super-long fic.

Basically...I feel like I'm supposed to write. I have friends AND family telling me I SHOULD write. I have so much encouragement and so much to say, but find it hard to say it. I've read so many prolific authors on this site and am in awe at how "easy" it seems to come to them, when I struggle with just getting started sometimes. Still, I will keep plugging away! That's all you can do, right? Keep trying?
