Hey there,

My name is Erin. I love to write, although I suffer from frequent writer's block and dyslexia. I love to write stories that would happen in real life. Love, heartbreak, and fear. People go through so many different emotions on a daily basis, and if I could capture those emotions in words, I feel like my job is done. I write for South of Nowhere, One Tree Hill, and some freelance stuff of my own.

I'm a full time student at a state university, currently I'm majoring in Sociology, with a focus on gender studies, and English Literature. I have found out this past semester of my love of Modernist Literature, the roller coasters that the authors take the reader on are awesome. I am a huge fan of Faulkner and Fitzgerald, although the popular Fitz' stuff is not my favorite.

I am addicted to music, I think there is a song for every event and a lyric for every emotion. I'm a country girl, that's where my roots are and where they will stay. I love modern country as well as the classic Cash, Hank, and Waylon. Music helps me write and helps me concentrate on the message and story line that I am trying to get across to the reader.

Currently I'm working on an SON fic, Learning to Love Again, all the chapter are based off Mat Kearney songs, if you haven't heard him you should check him out. LTLA is about Ashley Davies, a young mother of twins, who has been hurt in the past and is looking to find someone to pick up the pieces of her 52 card pickup broken heart. Spencer Carlin may be that person, but she has trust and relationship issues of her own. CHAPTER EIGHT IS UP!

I recently started White Houses, which is a One Tree Hill fanfic based around Haley James who is new to Tree Hill. She is living with her cousin, Lucas Roe and his best friend, Nathan Scott. She falls into their group of friends fairly easily and begins her journey to find out what she wants to be about. There will be 'pretty-eyed boys girls die to trust' and mistakes made and lies told. It's based around Vanessa Carlton's "White Houses" song.
