Hello! Welcome to my profile!

I am currently a sophomore at George Fox University, and am working towards my biology major as a prerequisite for attending medical school. Although I've always dreamed of becoming a doctor, I have always had a soft spot in my heart for writing (except for writing school essays. Those I really couldn't care less about lol). I am actually in the process of writing my first novel, and although it may not be done for awhile, I would love to get it published someday.

Reading is also a passion of mine, and has been for most of my life. When I was in grade school, I actually used to get in trouble for reading too much, normally during classes I didn't like. I think that led to my love for writing. Although, since I started my sophomore year in college, life has gotten crazy, so I haven't been able to write as much as I like. Here's to changing that!

I will freely admit it: I am a total newbie when it comes to fanfiction. Although I have definitely read plenty, I actually haven't written any myself until now. I'm pretty much addicted to BBC's Merlin at the moment (as it is such an amazing show!), but there are other shows/ movies/ books that I might get into once I get more comfortable with writing fanfics.

Some Books I like: Harry Potter Series, Inheritance Series (The books, not the movie. The movie totally butchered the book :/), Percy Jackson and the Olympians, The Chronicles of Narnia
