Most annoying mistake that causes a mini-burst of anger when i see it of the week: When people mean "Definitely" like 'he definitely will need sleep afterwards' but spell it as "defiantly" which is like 'Jeff defiantly spat in the face of his attacker, refusing to give up without a fight'
