I am posting this here at the request of Half-Wit Ed-Boy. This is a message from his Deviantart page.
"I'm hoping to have a few things posted for this month, and may be even starting a comic series starring Carrie, Mei-Lin, and Millie. I'm also planning to push to finish a few chapters of Space Dandy: It's a Fanfic, Baby! and post a few drawings and stuff. However, after November, content from me will become extremely scarce. As a few of you may know, on top of going to college and having to deal with such responsibilities, I've been taking care of my grandparents on the weekends and on such days I happen to not have any college classes (such as during the seasonal breaks and the like). However, starting in November, that care may have to change from part time to full time. My grandmother's hips have been getting worse and worse, and next month, she's going to have to have hip replacement surgery. So, I'm going to have to take care of her, which will eat up a significant chunk of time out of my day. I'll post a note on my latest fanfiction chapter hopefully this week, if I get it finished, but in case I'm not able, I would appreciate if someone would pass along this information to my readers on via the commenting system. I would myself, but I don't want to violate the TOS by posting as a chapter, nor do I want to seem like I'm boosting my own comment count by posting myself. I'll be posting a similar message on my profile there, but I doubt anyone will read it, which is why I'm requesting this. Again, thanks for sticking with me this long, and hopefully things get sorted out."
